Disturbed sleep because one can more or less hear everything what is happening in the corridor and the reception area if you are on any of the 1st floor rooms plus the random banging noise of the doors being closed in the neighbouring rooms.

The room allocated to a booking of 2+1 was obviously small. Rooms are generally less spacious, when compared to photographs.

Face to Face Communication with the staffs at reception was fine. -Initial communication via booking.com messages was bad. My questions were not answered. -Upon booking via booking.com, they don't accept the payment. All payment has to be done at the hotel directly upon arrival which is a little troublesome for people from abroad. -I booked this hotel because the review on booking.com and google was good. Unfortunately i was wrong!! Upon arrival, the toilets were filthy, not acceptable, the floor wall sink and toilet bowl was extremely dirty. I had no choice but to proceed and stay for the night as i was in a desperate situation. - then i realized that all the reviews online were given by India guests. Probably it was ok for their expectation. Guests coming from abroad please think twice before booking. Thank you

They moved me to another of their hotels nearby citing maintenance The breakfast was pathetic. The room was tiny and completely not worth the 3000 rs they charged with breakfast having ‘offered’ a discount after canceling my booking and moving me to their ‘business’ hotel

The service was excellent, my stay went wonderfully there,I would absolutely refer coming here again. Service guest are fast n all my problems were solved thanks to Deepa n Mona , they welcomed me warmly n was always present to do good during my stay ....over all excellent i loved my stay.

Liked only the location Small rooms, no value for money. Bad room service. No amenities. Torn bedsheets. AC wasn't working

The property is priced steep for the facility and service provided by them. Breakfast wasn't good and they being in the hospitality industry said that their cook was in leave and so they did not have proper breakfast. Linen was stained. Toilet in the restaurant was stinking and there was no water in the closet. I would get s far better property for the price paid. Definitely no value for money.
