The only part was the beds were comfortable but rest all was not so good. Did not like as the place is too overpriced with dirt everywhere on carpets, flooring and very expensive.

Clean room with good housekeeping No hot water in the shower. Breakfast was cold and stale. No drinking water on the dining table; have to run around asking for it

Security guard on the door Everything. Locks were broken. Zero security. No proper food in the restaurant. Taste was not good. The restaurant staff was really quick. But food was not good. Some random guests started banging my door, and I informed the security and no action was taken. They were defending the party. I was having my sleep apnea test, cz of no security it ruined my test

The place is a very good place with friendly staff located around all you need shops and restaurants for family. We’ve stayed for 2 weeks and we were looking for a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen area. Although the hotel is 3 star but overall was very good. Staff are really friendly and supportive. I would say they can improve the cleaning activities as the cleaning was not done properly unless with supervision.

Good Breakfast We were forced to take an extra bed and the extra bed was so flimsy, The bed gives way few times per nite.

Good neat hotel excellent rooms nice and clean. Good breakfast . Quite residential area. Parking is limited to only 2 cars.

Loved the room we got as my friends, and I were two girls traveling alone it was great and we had no problems commuting to all other places as the location was great. Would stay here again. The food was also tasty and good. The staff was super helpful and was readily available for any help needed The only thing that we were a little off put by was the extra cost they charged for replacing the towels and extra water bottles other than the daily complimentary ones which were not clarified before so at the end of the stay that was just a little thing that we were not expecting. Other than that, everything was great.

- Approach from the business development manager Jovan was very welcoming and customer centric. - Location is suitable for those who want to stay in Indira Nagar. - It has a swimming pool (can not expect more in size) - 4103 suite room was quite good with a separate space to eat / study. - Availability of Gym (small), Spa and restaurant - Many options / variety and quantity in the room for preparing Tea (kettle) > Mis-communication by staff. I had to check out at 03.30 in morning and I had kept them informed about that. Inspite of that, I had to wait due to lack of clear communication and problem in the system. > TV channels were not working (Tata play was not charged) and so I could not watch cricket match !! > Almost no parking space for those who come with their own vehicle. > Its surrounded by residential area and no space to have a walk inside the premises.
