It’s very clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Also, the location is very good and strategic in bengaluru.

Nice location which had a lot of restaurants nearby. There is also a public park right opposite to Palm Mystic Inn. The park has a walking track and exercise equipment too. The room had only bottled water. It had a kettle. Tea, coffee could have been there. We didn't ask though.

Nice location and comfortable place. It’s quiet and workers are friendly. I needed a comfortable place to stay for 3 weeks of work, and found there all what I needed. Some facilities are listed in the booking advertisement but it turns out they don’t have them . Not a problem, there are other good things

The room was clean and location is favourable. Its just the room at this price. Ground floor room is definitely not worth this much, no idea about upper floors. You cant even remove the curtains on account of privacy. The staff seems unmotivated, you have to ask everything yourself, be it wifi or even water bottles of the day. The answer to almost everything else is no.

The room was clean. Enough space and storage has been provided in the room. The staff seemed unmotivated. You had to ask for everything yourself, be it wifi password or even day's water bottle. No initiative to help with the luggage even. Ground floor room is definitely not worth the price. You can't even remove the curtains or open the window for fresh air on account of privacy. It was suffocating if AC is not on. Just the room in this price, not even tea or coffee sachets were provided.

The property was booked the card was swapped but the entrance security guys didn’t allow saying the property was full. Booking.com cheated by booking the rooms when it wasn’t available. To be blamed booking.com how far was it true god knows. But after booking having reservations it was cancelled verbally. Charging and collecting money from every possible way. DONT TAG ME WITH ANY COLOR CODE. INDIA & world Never stayed or went inside the property

location 1. we booked a room for 3 friends - 2 males and 1 female and upon arrival the room was rejected by the receptionist since we are different gender!! but such info is nowhere to be written on the add. finally he let us in after 2 hours of negotiations at 2am in the morning !! after the payment didn’t go thought as the pay machine doesn’t accept revolut monzo or any international card - local only, but how to have that since we are foreigners! again, no info mentioned on the add!! on top of this the receptionist was very rude! refusing to speak to us in english - communication was very poor, thankfully we have friends who spoke his language and we had to bother them!! so after around 5am we finally managed to go in the room! very frustrating arrival for people coming first time to Bangalore!!!! 2. hot water runs out after one persons shower - boilers are very small 3. toilet paper was minimal so i had to buy myself as there is not room service in between the stay 4. sheets were fairly clean 5. really bad smell coming out of the bathroom 6. no mosquito preventative measures on the windows 7. last but not least the name of the hotel outside doesn’t match the name on Booking - on the board it’s called Palm Inn and a different address… very hard to find since names and addresses don’t match (we lost another 30’ins there) overall the receptionist was very rude and he even mentioned at one point during check in to go to another hotel…. at 3am in the morning!!!

It was worth the price and it was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the location is great as well.
