Location is great for shopping and food options. In Room facilities could be better. TV / STB was not working. No in-room facility for coffee in the morning. A small kettle and coffee sachets / tea bags would be a great addition

The location The noise There is no windows in the room The bathroom The property wrote on Booking that I have canceled my booking which is wrong. I came and the reception asked me to pay cash so I did. I was supposed to stay 3 nights so I changed my booking for only 1 night.

There was nothing to enjoy in the hotel. Outside was very interesting but inside the room was another kind of disbelief.. Dirty floor. Very dirty bathroom. No hot water. There was no tissue in the toilet. Even after requesting, the concierge told me he didn't have it in stock. There was no power on TV. When I requested to check, the guy who was sleeping on the couch just woke up and went straight to another room. The towel was simple torn a piece of towels, and the bed cover was dirty like hell. On check out, I requested someone at the front desk to check for a Taxi, he said yes and disappeared for 30 minutes. I had to take a rickshaw and leave the key of the room on the cashier. I understand that the life of locals is difficult, but it's very unpleasant to have this kind of nightmare experience. I didn't took pictures of the room. But I was so doubtful about the security that I sealed my bags and took pictures before heading to dîner.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and very good location. Wonderful stay for a short work trip. The locality is a quite place but lots of good restaurants around. The shower can be a bit more accommodating in the sense that proper shower curtain may be put and barriers should be made so that water does not spillover the other part of the bathroom. More towels may be provided.

Nothing Very disappointing stay, would not recommend Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. While the location wasn’t ideal (which is beyond the hotel’s control), other issues made the stay truly unpleasant. There were issues with hot water. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, but what stood out the most was the unfriendliness of the staff. We attempted to cancel one night of our stay in advance, something that was clearly stated as free cancellation, but the hotel refused without explanation. The staff handled the situation poorly and were unhelpful and dismissive throughout. Overall, we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Although booking was confirmed and i called the property he said the room is confirmed and o have to pay only when i checkin. When i reached there, the manager denied room saying we are full. How can you deny a room if booking was confirmed? Very bad experience i traveled 1800kms just to find out i have to look for another hotel. I WILL NEVER EVER USE BOOKING.COM AND STRINGLY RECOMMEND OTHERS TO NOT USE IT There was nothing to like. It was an eye opener

My stay in the Deluxe AC Room was nothing short of amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, and of the highest quality. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more satisfying. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a worth-the-price stay!
