Nothing Very worst , no basic hygienic maintained. Room is full of mesquites and no TV working at all. Building looks good but inside very worst toilet.

Located in center Not worth the money. Paid 4k for a superior deluxe room, no Facilities were provided. Had to ask for every single thing. The bed was very bad- not comfortable at all and no free air circulation in the room. Not preferred for elderly persons. Washroom maintenance was very poor as well.

A good property at a decent location but they are not providing facilities as mentioned in the Booking.com site/app. 1) Cleanliness should be improved 2) Before allotting a room to a customer, all essential things to be filled up 3)I've stayed for two nights and the TV is not working, when contacted the reception, she was blaming Wi-Fi!!! 4) No bathroom slippers are provided 5)No mini bar items as shown in the app. 6) For every new customer, they are not changing the linen, they are just arranging them neatly, it is unhealthy and unhygienic.

Location and food were good. Poor hospitality,poor staff performance. Room is not clean well. Lack of hair dryer,bath towel, toilet wipes and door mat. No tea bags or coffee bag for making tea or coffee. Only kettle and water.

It was a good when you are going to banglore for business meeting, just stay at night and most of the day you are out meeting people.

Locality, rooms, services etc. Were good. Helpful staff. Extra requests were met nicely. Water is chargeable after 1st time. Previously wherever I have stayed, got complimentary bottels per day. Also, for off time meals, options are bit limited. For eg in evening, ice creams were not available, nor there was anything available for kids.
