Property was good. They charged Rs3000 for 2 rooms but on the site it showed around 1750 while booking. In one of the rooms geyser was not working, due to which we had to suffer cold

Useless and worst front receptionist. They are cheating the booking.com customers and asking extra amount to pay for the rooms. They denied the booking.com price to give the room. They said there were no rooms available for the booking.com price. They have rooms if you pay extra amount to them directly.

I was denied room even when I paid in advance I am going to put it in social media

The property manager denied to provide any room and he asked me to book another hotel at 4.30 am in the morning. He said no room is available even after I have paid the amount in advance. The customer service of booking.com was also not helpful. He was suggesting me to shift to another property 8-10 kms away from the property.

charged 400 extra than the app once we reached there and it was just a shabby independent house God knows if they even have a licence to run a hotel

Locality is good. You can find rajasthani hotel nearby. Also, another good restaurant is there for all short of food. The owner is not much helpful. The banglore people are not hospitable. They expect everyone to speak in kannada. Whether you are in banglore for just two days. Pathetic place. Pathetic people.
