Affordable price and decent stay Toilet supplement’s not provided. Night shift staff is not helpful. Took long wait even after i had submitted all proof documents online.

The owner and hotel staff are so genuine, so polite . They even helped to move my handicapped mother in and out of the hotel without us even asking for help . The stay was on point , easy check in , cleanliness was amazing, I'll definitely visit soon again . They really made us feel like home , rooms were very spacious and comfortable, no disturbance at all . It was located very near Orion mall and the shops were also nearby . It was a home away from home .... Hats off to the owner and the staff . God bless you both NA

The staff was a bit coperative The rooms are not like the pictures shown on booking.con They provide only 1 bottle of water They had only 1 towel I asked for another they gave a wet one which i feel is a used one I paid for breakfast via booking.com but when i reached the property they said they dont provide breakfast i need to pay again for breakfast

Staff is rude, especially the owner/manager. He doesn't know what hospitality means. The only reason he's getting any business is because people don't know what awaits them.

Room was decent compare to price we got on booking.com Staff was very rude. They have minimum rate policy. They tried to denay our booking but booking.com resolved our query very well. They also haven't provided breakfast which is included in our package

Nothing was in proper manner. I am also associated with big travel company for last 13 to 14 years. We know the hospitality. Customer care. No proper response and attention from manager. Same breakfast. Breakfast was not hot, it was cold. No proper property and location.
