A strange smell coming from the mini fridge. Nothing major at all. I didn't even bother to inform the staff.

The place is clean and the staff are very nice ! The rooms are tiny, no place to put your bag , your clothes or even sit !

Bed was comfortable. The pool table was nice and easily available, just stop by the lobby and pop a shot ! I dont know why my AC was on a timer, so it switched off at night, it can get a bit hot after a while which can interrupt your sleep unless you dont mind.

The beautiful classic decor of the Lobby. And the welcoming staff. The cleanliness. No doubt the bed is very comfortable but the setting could be in a better direction. All in all the location, cleanliness, comfort at the very reasonable price is worth. Nothing to tell you.

Many Nuru (gentleman's clubs) right by hotel. We had to walk by them to go anywhere. The Hunny Bunny, for example, is right next door.

Bed was always made, there was fresh water and cleaned room. Bed was very comfortable as well as pillows

Location is good Room is nicely designed the city view was nice The room was not soundproof as described on the website The road underneath is very busy and it was hard sleeping with all the noise. The curtain system was not sealing the windows so there was light coming in

Only reason it didn’t get a 10 was because of the strong smell at times in the bathroom. But not unusual for Bangkok. A little pricey but I was there over new years so probably paid extra for that. But compared to other options in Sukhumvit, it was affordable.

Love this place! Perfect location which is very close to bts skytrain, great walking area, the best shopping malls, beautiful parks and the airport train. I always stay here.. the staff is very welcoming , helpful and professional.. rooms are clean and you can’t beat the value. Free latte/coffee machine in lobby is a great perk for morning coffee or a little pick me up while going out on the town. The night shift front desk woman “Pie” is very kind and especially helpful with great English skills and lots of good advice of where to explore in the area. Will be coming back here on my next trip for sure!

No real shuttle as stated. No pool. No gym. But great value and location.

Very disappointed Reception woman was not at the expected level, room pictures are misleading, noisy inside and outside, but cockroaches (1 dead in the middle of the shower) and 1 thrown by the adjacent guest in the middle of the passageway) are too much for me. No card machine or qr code to pay. Pictures available

Great location and very cozy rooms. They are a bit small but you can get a great view from your bed The shower system is really bad. Couldn’t get a grip on the thing during my entire stay

Location. The aircon was slow and turning on, turns out it was controlled from down at the desk until I had to go down and asked him to take care of it. The shower drain did not drain the way it should it overflowed into the main floor of the bathroom. One set of sheets the first day was when I got to the room and a towel was dirty. The second day. The outlet next to the bed did not work, so I was unable to charge my phone without it being halfway across the room. I believe it was under new management so they were trying, but it was subpar. I have stayed at the Aspira G before and had excellent service.

there is a huge problem with bathrooms in all over building, water coming from everywhere, need a renovation asap!

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything was great. Good location.
