Breakfast is good but is not included in the price. I like the location on Soi 33 Sukhumvit, but not for everybody. One of managers is less than friendly, even vindictive if she feels crossed. Watch out. It’s hard to know what you are getting in a room as they all cost the same and the actual names are kind of meaningless. You have to request specific features and hope you don’t get charged extra.

There was no breakfast included with the room but a good breakfast is to be had in the attached cafe. Friendly place with a distinct style of its own. Functions like a real hotel. Some signs of maintenance needed here and there.

Very clean, staff was excellent Far walk from main road. But it was doable.

Good location, clean, comfy and very spacious room! Overall design and aesthetic of the hotel was great as well. Friendly staff. Housekeeping is only until noon.

Lovely hotel, spacious and very clean room, all you need to feel comfortable. I wouldn't say that it was negative for me, but daylight is a bit limited because of the window shades outside-which keeps the room cooler on the other side.

Great place, very good location (close to several Metro lines), beautifully furnished and very helpful staff! We've been here the second time already and will definitely come back again!
