+ Location is great, nearby the Diamond district (Emspher, Emporium, and EmQuatier) 10-12 minutes walking. or about less than two minutes by mortorbike + Restaurant: great team, very supportive to attain my food preferences, specially for Hala food + Room service and shuttle bus is available. the driver of shuttle bus is very good man , with high level of patience +++ Reception Cookie-biscuts are the best

Beautifully decorated property, felt quiet and serene spot in the middle of the busy city. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Pillows were not comfortable at all which meant we didn’t get a comfortable nights sleep.

Great breakfast. Great spacious rooms. Very nice service. A great value for money hotel. Would recommend it as a base for exploring Bangkok. The location is interesting, lots of stuff to do and places to eat around. However, it is far from the city centre. And traffic form this side is often very slow. Didnt find the best way to go downtown with public transport, though it most probably exists.

Staying at the Away was wonderful. The rooms were really spacious, the bed super comfy, and the aircon worked incredibly well, which is much needed after a day of walking through Bangkok. The absolute highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff, that was incredibly kind and helpful every time something came up. Breakfast at the hotel was really good as well, with a wide selection of western and local options. Great value for money, which would definitely make us come back here again. Nothing, it was all great. If I was being really picky, then I'd say that sometimes there was a bit of a smell coming from the ventilation shafts in the bathroom (quite common in Bangkok's high-rise buildings), but when we mentioned it to the staff they immediately organized an engineer to have a look at it and improve it.

The location is good. It's on a residential street but close enough to walk to major malls and the BTS/MRT. The tuk-tuk driver was the bright spot among the staff, kindly helping us with our luggage and ferrying us to the metro, and saying hello to us every day. The pool area is nice, with a great view. However, there is room for more deck chairs. Breakfast was better than average, with both Asian and Western food choices. The room was spacious. Even though the hotel is new, the touch surfaces in our room had a layer of grime when we arrived, so we had to clean things ourselves. The staff was constantly on their phones, from reception to cleaning staff, and there was a general feeling of lack of care. We had to ask on multiple days for regular things in our room like toilet paper or towels. The staff just kept forgetting to restock. On some days, they didn't clean the bathroom but made the bed. There was a bad smell in the bathroom throughout the entire stay, but we decided not to ask for a room change because we didn't want to deal with re-sanitizing the dirty surfaces. One of the strangest things that happened was with the laundry service. There was a laundry form in our room with all the laundry prices listed, so we gathered our clothes and gave them to reception around mid-day. The next morning, at 9am, they woke us up with a call to our room saying there was an issue with the laundry price. Why they had to wake us instead of waiting to mention it later is unclear. It turned out the pricing sheet was “wrong,” and the true cost for most items was around 3x the listed price, due to “old pricing” (which makes no sense for such a new hotel, and if pricing had changed, why didn't they put the new pricing sheet in the room?). It was bizarre, and thankfully after some back and forth, the staff eventually agreed that this wasn’t right. We only wanted them to honor the listed price, but instead they told us the laundry would be free as compensation. It's worth mentioning the Wi-Fi wasn’t always stable. We were lucky enough to get a discount on the rooms because the hotel was offering a promotion since it's new. If we'd paid full price, we would have been even more disappointed. We felt the price just didn't justify the experience.

We enjoyed breakfast with much choices. I like they added some local dishes alongside. Staff were friendly and helpful! We stayed there 5 days at two different times. the first time, it was unfortunate that we couldn't use hotel's shuttle to get to BTS station as it was under maintenance. If any to improve, shuttle schedule could be more flexible, not starting from 12 PM onwards only.

The hotel is beautiful, very aesthetic and brand new. Everything looks unused and super clean in the room. Location is good, there is a free tuktuk that can even take you to the BTS station. Staff is always friendly and welcoming! Breakfast offer is not super basic, which we liked! At check-in we were informed that we could not really use the swimming pool (only at certain times) as there was an event going on every day that we were there, would have been nice to know while booking for these dates.

They prepared a birthday surprise at the room with cake and towel art for my husband, which is invaluable. They have tutu shuttle bus, operating from 7:00 to 19:00 hourly. The hotel is small, so does the pool, gym and restaurant. It locates 20 mins away from the Asoka BTS, it’s tiring.
