This place is great and quiet and the pool is great and also the location. You were connected to a really busy street if you want to go that way, or easily connect to a much more chill street.

Close proximity to many shops and businesses. The cleaning staff are very good…. So are the front desk. All helpful.. Rooms are large.. As always, it is difficult to find long term housing . I wish this Hotel would offer better rates for people who like to stay a month at a time. The longer to stay, the better the rate.. Other issues, such as needing new curtains and making “old” rooms look newer is always important. The rooms are a very nice size; but maintaining the rooms is important..

I had a two room flat. Good beds. Good location. But outside there is some very good restaurants like Wine Depot. Friendly staff. There is small pool at the very top of the hotel. Good beds No restaurang in-house. Have to catch a shuttle to get to a another hotel. The gym was dated. Worn out machines. Not fresh. The pool area is not very cozy.

The room was super spacious -a medium sized kitchen with sink, stove, large fridge and counter space. A large room for bed and chaise. A small wardrobe-type room and a small office room next to it. It had lots of built in cabinets and closets to keep items organized and out of sight. Had a fairly well-appointed gym and sauna I didn’t get a change to use. Location is on a lively street with 7-11, bars, massage parlors, etc. and not far from two main strips with malls and larger hotels. It’s an older building so things could be updated. The TV had regular channels, some HD, but no access to apps like Netflix or Amazon Prime. The stove didn’t work but they brought me a hot plate as soon as I called down and that worked well. And one thing that annoys me - the pool is much smaller than the photos (maybe 10 meters max). Front desk people weren’t the warmest but professional enough.
