The place is very close to some of Bangkok's landmarks, although it is a very big city so it is somehow subjective. The atmosphere at the swimming pool is nice and fresh specially on a summer day. The breakfast was decent and overall our stay was a good value for the price. The place was clean but felt a bit old and could use some restoration, for example the TV couldn't find the TV channels properly, the A/C took a while to cool down the place, there were some bugs in the room that came through small holes on the wall, etc.

No real complaints..The breakfast is quite basic. The pool is in the sun most of the day, which was too hot for us to use it very often.

The bathrooms could be improved, the shower leaks water everywhere and is quite uncomfortable. The cleaning room service wasn’t good. We needed to ask for it and it was very shallow

The staff were kind and friendly. The rooms are clean. The pool and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The location was in a great neighborhood; very quiet and tucked away from the main street so no traffic noise. We very much enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Easy walk to many great spots to eat and explore. Smoking section right outside the hotel don’t smells like cigarettes every time you have to come and go. Lobby smells like smoke. Feels like an overpriced hostel. Not a relaxing vibe. We tried to avoid being there as much as possible and the room was not a relaxing place to spend time, nor was any part of the hotel.

Location is good. Resonably clean. It has a pool which was clean but there are no towels provide for it and seats around the pool are limitted maye around 10 seats for a hotel of 2 bulding of 3 floors each.. They allowed us to leave our suitcase after the check out. The hotel doesn't seem to be maintained regularly. The towels were old, and one of them in our room had stains on it. I found the mattress to be hard.

The politeness of the staff I paid around 50 euros for a night: it was not value for money for the location, the condition of the room and the bathroom was very dirty. The room was big but honestly not worth it.
