The property was a cozy environment with welcoming staff We went to thailand during the rain season so the bathroom smelled, but the staff was able to accommodate that issue

It is a very pretty, colorful, old-fashioned Thai-style hotel, and truly beautiful. The staff are kind and helpful. The location is excellent, close to many popular tourist spots such as streets, monuments, and squares. The metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away. The only downside I noticed is that the rooms are not very comfortable. There are several things I would have done differently. However, if comfort is not your top priority, this shouldn’t be a problem for you.

the location was close enough to walk to a lot of the main attractions. Many places to sit and chill around the hotel including the rooftop area was super cool and had a great view. Great place to meet some friends but also super chill if that’s not your vibe. there was some construction that would us up nice and early but that’s not the hostels fault. the rooms are much smaller then they appear in photos and there was a few bugs crawling around our room on the 3rd floor.

Location was great - in the same street as the famous crab lady, 7/11 right opposite too. Reception was super helpful - let us leave our bags there for a few days until we left the city and came back (staying in the same hotel again). Perfect for a couple nights, not very comfortable for much longer. The rooms I felt were a bit outdated and super noisy.

First of all, I would like to thank staff! Very friendly and very helpful! Helped us to change rooms a few times but never made it a big deal, always smiling and ready to help! The location is great! Loved view from 5th floor terrace. All amenities like ac, tv, internet, fridge, hairdryer,etc were there. There are lots of food places around too. We actually liked everything and we are very happy with our stay! -

The customer service was exceptional. The location was phenomenal and so easy to get a ride anywhere. Felt like a very safe neighborhood and not too noisy. Staff, especially Muey, was very kind and helpful. It was so convenient and a great value that we chose to stay there when we returned to Bangkok later in the month before flying home. Being greeted by the cat "Coffee" was a special treat! Shower water never did get hot and very poor drain. Had to take extremely quick showers for the bathroom not to flood.

This was the perfect hotel for our trip, it was quiet, clean, w/ comfortable beds, and a good wifi signal. My sister and I got a 2 bed room for 2 weeks that had a wall and curtains that divided us that gave us both privacy and chill time from each other. The room overall was spacious and clean. The beds are big and comfortable. Our room faced the river and was relatively quiet. There is a 7/11 right across the street and restaurants right below and beside the hotel. Nothing honestly, once you checked in and got your room key it was great! A word of warning they have staff hours for the front desk so if you come beforehand you will not be able to get into the hotel as you need a key and/or staff present to buzz you in. Another word of caution is that the lip of the shower area, specifically for our room was very shallow so be aware to not flood the bathroom when you're taking a shower. But these are minor things; overall the hotel was great!

Room was good size. Reception very helpful. Air con was excellent. Coffee and Toast available downstairs. Shower in my room was leaking and water luke warm. The nose from the road was terrible and kept me up every night. Had looked forward to a city view of the temple etc and got a mesh crate overlooking the noisy street.

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel room was fantastic. The overall experience was smooth, and relaxing. Recommended!

Friendly staff and nice location near the central with homely vibes even though it's more of a hostel. At the time of this review, the surroundings were undergoing some construction for a new metro/subway line which made walk to nearby bus stops and train stations slightly tedious with road blockages.

Localisation is I think the best in Bangkok. I can walk basically everywhere and on the corner of the street Jay Fai have a restaurant. Facilities were not so good and the bathroom was not planned well. Beds could be more comfortable. And there was no place to put clothes or baggage.

Location is perfect, staff is super kind and helpfull, bigger room then expected, good aircon, good shower, roofterras has a nice view, restaurant at ground level is the best and the sheets and towels smelled nice. :)

friendly staff, although only one of them speaks English well, central location, 15 mins walk from Chinatown/some other markets very small room, shower was tight & did not seem the cleanest, but it was doable
