This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel because we like it's location, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the bed is huge. Breakfast has some good choices of food and we also used the restaurant which was good. The double jacuzzi was also excellent.

Main Road maintainace going on .. Trafic is high these days .. it will last for few more months

Great service, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and close vicinity to the office where I was working. The AC in the room was sort of working, but didn’t give the coolness I needed.

The people were very nice. The place is very clean. I didn’t try the restaurant during my stay sadly but everything everything else was I didn’t use the restaurant at all, but I’d like the option of it if they stayed open later. But this is a soft didn’t like.

The room was large and clean. The location was excellent for us next to many restaurants, bars and laundry. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.

Best stasy in our entire trip to Asia. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable and quiet we slept well every night, the pool was amazing and certainly a highlight. It takes time to get to other parts of the city but taxis are generally cheap.

Hotel was not far away from the Grand palace or Wat Arun. The breakfast was way below standard.

Comfortable beds, great location, walkable to everything, 7-11 1 min away, pool was cool and refreshing The bathtub is oddly placed and there is no way to shower without getting water everywhere, there is a window into the bathroom and the blind is controlled outside the bathroom, the shower is not at all acceptable for anyone with mobility issue

"room is excellent," "location is excellent," and "breakfast is superb". Security of the hotel was also great! It was a perfect stay. I cannot think how they could do better as a hospitality services.

The Location. Everything was nearby with variety of restaurants. Transportation like hip hop boat was like walking distance. Professionalism of staff. At the time of check out we were told that we can’t leave until the room is inspected. Then they found some stains in bed sheet and pillow cover which we felt was easily washable, they charged us 600 Bahts which was completely unacceptable. I book this hotel specially for location and reviews but unfortunately the check out was not very pleasant. Also I requested for birthday set up to our room and it was never set up although we were offered early 1 hour check in. I stayed in another 2 hotels in Pattaya and Phuket during this trip but this hotel I would not recommend to anyone because of the staff professionalism. No doubt the location was excellent but I also paid 2500 bahts for one night and an extra 600 bahts which they charged us unethically. All upcoming travellers who has booked this hotel please be aware that before you leave check your room and make sure no stains or damage is done in the room otherwise they don’t care and will charge you. If you requested for special room decoration please ask as they might try to avoid.
