Large room with beautiful large bathroom for my family of 4. Very close to main attractions. (We walked and took electric tuk-tuk.) Super kind staff and superb homemade breakfast with local specialities. We will definitely stay here again! :-) Nothing.

The owner's family did their best for me. I requested the upper floor, so that they gave me the top floor. As I asked vegetables in the breakfast, they added vegetables. They also gave me wide space. I think that it's just my mistake, which means I reserved the room for only one person. Generally, when three people use that room, price is normal. But for only one person, that price is so expensive like a 4 stars hotel. Actuary, that hotel is the level of 1 or 2 stars hotel. As someone wrote in review, small ants about 30 were on the bed at the first night, at the third night, after the heavy rain, ants came out again. Even in December, the sun heats the roof made of slate, so that it's quite hot.

-felt homey -walking distance from 711, stores, and food -easy check in and check out -outside patio for breakfast, eggs made to order was great -welcoming staff, including little touches like having our names on a welcome chalk board and even leaving us takeaway breakfast when we were checking out early to catch an early flight without us asking -spacious bathroom -clean room -good air conditioner in bedroom -felt like a safe area and had no issue walking home to it at night -far from public transit -weird smell in the lower floor hallway -not great noise isolation between rooms and outside -if looking for a hostel atmosphere, this is not that. Great for groups who are looking for a more quiet stay off of khao san road

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room. There's no lift so had to carry our heavy suitcases upstairs ourselves to where our room was.

Family friendly! Very traditional style wooden house in the backpacker area but very quiet. We had an entire floor to ourselves, with a personal balcony/living room, which was perfect for the kids. They also provided an extra single bed for our toddler and a cot for our baby. They had also put a kiddies movie on the TV, so when we arrived our boy immediately started watching that which gave us a chance to unpack and get settled. Very thoughtful! Very few rooms so really feels like a home, we rarely saw or heard anyone else. Self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient and they made extra effort to peel or take the pits out of fruit so it was easier for the kids to eat. Decor is quaint and is meant to represent the owners memories of growing up, which is such a nice personal touch. 4th floor with baggage and sleepy kids and no elevator... But that's minor compared to everything else.

The Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. The WIFI was strong. The location was very quiet in the evening and secure in the night. There are different restaurants and supermarket around the corner. It was a cosy and comfort stay for me and my family. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice, quiet and affordable space. Too many stairs

we had the master room situated on the first floor and it had a big double bed two singles and they accommodated us with a travel cot. the room has air conditioning , coffee, kettle cans a fridge, and a bathroom. To enter the guest area it is code protected and the key is safely locked in a code protected locker. we didn’t need to worry about figuring it all out as we were greeted by the staff who assisted us. We had a comfortable night here , it was walking distance from Khaosan road which is where we went to spent our last night of Thailand . breakfast was included in the price and there was plenty of selection . would have been happy to have spent a bit longer here and the staff were very accommodating and friendly . not a complaint but the air conditioning in the bedroom leaked slightly. This didn’t bother us for one night. but it is something for the owners to get looked at .
