This hotel is located near the Bangkok center, and I can find many local restaurants around. The hotel facilities meet my expectations for the amount of money I pay.

Great location. Good value for the price The room was small, dark and uncomfortable. There was a strange smell in the room.

No pool, no new soap or toilet paper or towel in room.

The room is very noisy, next to the street and the fan of the air conditioner is so loud was impossible to sleep without earplugs.

Everything was terrible! The place was so dirty, unclean, and untidy! The location was also misleading, it claimed to be just a few kilometers from Pratunam, but it took more than 30 minutes by car, with or without traffic. Everything was filthy, like it hadn’t been cleaned in decades. The toilet lights were flickering, and the entire room gave off a creepy morgue-like vibe. Even my 4-year-old daughter was shocked when she saw the room and couldn’t sleep well at all. The blankets, comforter, and pillows were extremely dirty. We had to buy and sanitize the bedding ourselves using alcohol. The fridge was disgusting! dirty and smelly, with ice that had completely melted and almost reached the bottom part of the fridge. That’s how awful it was! The curtains were filthy, like they hadn’t been washed since the hotel opened. There were no complete toiletries , no toothbrush or toothpaste and the towels smelled bad! Overall, the hotel was absolutely dirty and disappointing. If I could get a refund, I definitely would. Paying over 800 for a room like that is not worth it at all. It's a total scam!

The first floor with reception smells like poo, but we just held our breath each time we walked past. The staff does not speak english but were nice. There is almost no water pressure in the shower, and the sliding door to the bathroom is almost see-through and doesn’t close all the way. There is a tv, but no remote or buttons to turn it on. Also really bad lighting in the bathroom, and generally in the rooms, but you can just do your makeup in the hall i guess.

The staff guys were very kind and helpful till after check out. Excellent Location & Staff. The fans or A/C are very noisy and there was no TV in my room ?.
