It's literally right next to soi 11. So the noise can get through the window. But ear plugs helps a lot.

Outstanding customer service! Staff is super nice! All the Indians coming up to me when I’m outside relaxing on the patio. Outside of the hotel fine, I understand. But walking onto the hotel property. Disappointed me.

Great place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable, and the layout is well planned. Even though it is located in the party area, the external noise is not that bad. But be conscious you are staying in a busy area.

I liked the location and being right in the city. Bolt and Google Maps keep loading the incorrect location and that causes confusion for drivers.

Not as close to public transport as the reviews made it seem, there was no legitimate sidewalk leading to the entrance

Great breakfast food, wide selection The 24 hour loop of the same instrumental music in the bar and restaurant that was 2 minutes long

The shower area water drainage room 413 was getting blocked and it was not very hygiene

very clean and looks new for the money shower pipe had a leak and the reception staff could be a bit more helpful when directing, i like to see customer centric services, could have more english language TV channels, prefer news and music

Small street location: no good sidewalks. View from the window to another building window. Limited breakfast variate.
