Staff was friendly The airco smell in the room was not great. Room was a bit dated and not very clean. Breakfast option was also not that great. Family room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids.

We didn't realise that the surroundings of the hotel are so much of a party area. This means that deep at night people come back to the hotel and make a lot of noise. But that is of course not a mistake of the hotel.

Great location at soi 11, near restaurants and bars. Nice and helpful staff, overall good value in BKK. My room view was facing a wall.
