Though the room is small but it is very clean and the bathroom also clean. Aircon is good working. I ask everyday to clean the room and they do it very well (in the afternoon). They provide 2 bottles mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar. Everything is perfect. I really like the room. There is no window in my room but it is ok for me. Very close to the market. You will find everything what you need by walking. The smell out of the hotel. And in front of the hotel there is the building under construction. A little bit difficult to find this hotel if this is the first time you come to this area.

Donno anything, or must count : There is a watercooker . Could not find first the place Pratunam 19, its not marked where it is. Room: Its a very small room,on 4e floor , with a ventilatormotor from kitchen from restaurant direct next to the window what makes a lot of noise, so cant almost not sleep there.There is no chair, no bed,and only matras on the floor in that room and thats it. Towels to dry yourself already long overtime. Whenever something bad happends there you never can get on time out of there. In my opinion its even not a guesthouse....

Location is excellent with everything around, money exchange, food, massage and shopping mall. Sadly I had to buy poison spray to kill many cockroach, this was something that worried me during all my stay as I have fobia for cockroach ? I killed 8-10 cockroach during my stay for 3 nights

Location is close to Pratunam night market Aircon worked well This institution should NOT be marketed as a hotel. It is more kinda RENT A ROOM. On one occasion ROOM not cleaned by 16h30 yet. I had to request it and wait in reception Hotel transfer from airport 600baht. MORE than Double the price of local taxis and BOLT I booked a room with a window. View was facing electrical wires in a dirty alley On arrival I found toilet to be leaking. No soap in dispenser in bathroom. Wooden floor broken Linen and towels in a terrible state. Should be replaced. Unraveling Broken toilet. I reported it and reception said handyman advised it will only be fixed next month.

The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was here for 4 days and the hotel didn't have wifi. Thay said that the wifi problem was because someone was fixing the wifi but the only wifi out was for our room. Secondly the hotel doesn't give you any thing. Not even soup and shampoo. The rooms are also way too small for even 2 people to stay but they also charge you for packing things you bought in their room. This hotel is a joke.

Very good location where shopping centers and street food are. Close to Phaya thai station where you can travel to the airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The area is noisy, and every morning, there is a noise coming from the rooftop or something, which is a bit annoying. Every time you leave the room, the fridge was also shut off, so what's the point of having a fridge? I couldn't keep my water and food cold.
