So gratefull to Alice as she is very accomodative and kind. Best location for shopping, spacious room, but the AC is directly hit you on the bed. Maybe realocation would be considered.

The location and its staff.They are all friendly and kind especially Alice the receptionist. The ongoing constructions which destruct the peaceful and ambience of the hotel .Which wake up its guest and could not sleep during this ongoing Maintenace issues

Near to garments market Good for indian and so many indian restaurant Normal Hotel in Congested area and good for only those who are business men and want to buy clothes from market. Not good for tourist. Breakfast Free but normal Ordinary break fast not extra ordinary. small hotel .

Convenient location with easy access to transports/trains, pratunam market, major attractions and city amenities. Hotel walls are so thin, you can hear other guests conversation in the next room.

If your accommodation is close to the marketplace, don't expect too much from it. It's more suitable for a short stay without luggage. We also asked the staff to change our pillowcase, as it seemed the cleaner may have forgotten to do so. Overall, the staff was satisfactory.

Extremely small room, that you could not even walk normal to bed. Thin walls, so you could hear neighbors In total, it was ok for the day before leaving for the airport, but it was a bit too expensive for what was offered

The location is very accessible. It is within Pratunam market, Baiyoke hotel, near Platinum Mall, Big C and CentralWorld. Staff speak english.

The receptionist and supervisor are very nice, always willing to help the pax. Rooms are clean and tidy
