Very friendly hotel staff. Bed was very big and comfy. Extra pillows were available. 2 pools available as well with great views. Gym was very well equipped, one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. The location is very convenient too, you can take the airport rail link directly from the airport to Phaya Thai station, and the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the station. Staff even helped us to heat up some pastries we had bought! Would definitely choose to stay here again. Nothing

I first stayed at this hotel in November 2025, and I have now just completed my second stay. My first visit was for three nights, and this time I stayed for six nights. As I already mentioned after my first visit, this hotel is truly outstanding—and my opinion has only become stronger. The service is exceptional, the hotel itself is beautiful, and it remains the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I will definitely be returning for a third visit. If you are planning a trip to Bangkok, I can highly recommend this hotel—you will not be disappointed. There is honestly nothing not to like. I don’t say this lightly—this hotel is perfect in every sense of the word. You would have to look very hard to find any fault, whether it’s the hotel itself, the staff, or the level of service.

Convenient - direct link to airport via ARL. Connected to BTS Praya Thai station. Very central. Lots of good cafe and food nearby.

I had a wonderful stay and Eastin Phayathai will definitely be my first choice in Bangkok from now on. Love the pool, the location, the breakfast and everything else. My compliments to all the staffs in Eastin Phayathai for their expertise. Their hospitality and human warmth is from true heart. Thanks to the team for their birthday settings and the room upgrade. It certainly adds a smile to my family and me during our visit. Minor thing : cold water in the shower is too ‘hot’

The breakfast is very good. The hotel location is very good and convenient, two stations aways from Paragon and the station you can directly access from the hotel with a covered linkway. The facilities are also above expectations, the gym and pool are very well maintained. The bathroom comes with a bit odor after one night.

The service was outstanding, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the hotel itself is modern, stylish and beautifully located. It offers the perfect combination of cozy rooms, big-city vibes, wellness and high-class service. The rooftop pools are truly impressive and provide the perfect escape from the busy city. We spent a lot of quality time there and would definitely return when traveling to Bangkok again!
