Everything's good: check-in was smooth, comfortable dorm, adequate pantry area for meals (+ towel/locker key provided). Also appreciate signages to minimise noise in dorm. Minor point, but lighting in pantry was rather dim

The location was amazing and the staff seemed very polite and kind! But didn’t seem to speak fluent English but understood enough to help me with my problems. The guy next door yelled at me really aggressively and it scared me. Made me feel really unsafe, having someone approach me yelling while it was dark and I was abroad. I told the staff and they didn’t seem to do anything. If I had to stay longer than one more night I probably would had changed accommodations for safety.

Very convenient location for Phaya Thai station. The sleeping room air conditioning was too fierce.

Very easy to get to the airport train station , the sky train and the MRT. The host is very helpful and all smiles. The stairs are very narrow and difficult to climb with your luggage

The food smell from the kitchen is all over the lobby area. The bed should have curtain or blinder .

The location is super convenient—just a short walk from Phaya Thai BTS, with easy access to the airport rail link. The hostel is tucked away on a quieter side of Phaya Thai, which we really appreciated. Our room had a private bathroom that was kept spotlessly clean. The light on the balcony is broken, and the door can’t be locked, which is letting mosquitoes into the room. The bed is upstairs, but there’s no lighting downstairs it’s not just dim, it’s completely dark. Honestly, with all these issues, the price doesn’t feel fair

Perfect location to jump on the first Metro to the Airport early in the morning. Comfortable and clean Booking stated that checking is until 22:00. However, on the door they wrote 21:00 so noone was there to let me in at 21:30. This made it stressful for me. I asked some people on the street to call the number they also put on the door since I had no Thai Sim card. Then a girl showed up and let me in. She was really nice and helpful. But communicating checkin times must be improved!!!!
