Beautiful room, particularly the luxurious bath room stood out. The bed is comfortable. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. -

The location and the hotel were perfect! The place was perfect! Everything was perfect until my surprise for my mom failed because of poor empathy from the staff :( I was very disappointed bacause i think they were very inconsiderate. I called the hotel and someone said they havent received any delivery, so i was on the phone back and forth with the hotel and the basketeer the flower shop only the find out they it has been delivered 1 hr ago already.. basically the flowers were just there maybe at their stockroom i dunno and no one bothered to check before telling me there was nothing!!! So my mom ended up waiting for 3 hrs for the surpirse instead of roaming around Bangkok :( and btw as ive also asked if they can give a small bday cake as a compliment ( as ive paid 5 nites at the hotel).. they said NO they dont! Ok..thats why ive ordered flowers to surprise my mom.. then suddenly the hotel replied again saying yes they will give a cake and theyve asked which flavor do i prefer, i said anything will do.. and then surprise... THERE WAS NO CAKE GIVEN AT ALL... thank you for the hope anyway! :( these lil things as a customer matter a lot... I hope u understand. My mom is 81 yesrs old and i want to make her day special ??????

The location is excellent. The airport train’s final station is right next to the hotel, making it very convenient to travel to and from the airport. The fare is only 45 baht. The station is also directly connected to the MRT, making it easy to explore Bangkok without relying on taxis. Highly recommended for both convenience and value. None at the moment.

Very close to phaya thai train station, even it train station you don’t really hear it Nothing

Pretty style of decorating, very clean. Close to the Airport link and other metro lines. The airconditioning made quite some noise and since our room was next to the maintenance room with some kind of pump system, we were woken up quite a few times during the night by the noise.

The property was clean and the staff was great. Location for me was terrible. Located right below the passenger train depot leaving you to have to wear ear plugs at night to sleep

My 3-night stay at Hotel Thomas was very pleasant. A lovely location on a quiet alley, yet close enough to several transit options at Phaya Thai, making it very easy to get to and from the airport and other parts of the city. A comfortable room with a great bathroom; the bathtub definitely a nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying too. A lovely boutique property that I would certainly consider staying at again. The room, while comfortable, lacked any kind of closet space. There were no room slippers provided either. The breakfast spread was decent enough, and I appreciated the egg station, but the absence of any cheese or milk was surprising. Only Coffee Mate sachets were provided!

the room is very spacious. very clean and i like the design deco in the room and the bathroom. only window in the bathroom so the room is a little dark.

Close to the sky train & the bath tub was nice The location was hard to find. The design or layout is not meant for traveling families or companions. Clear glass near the toilet, the shower & s transparent curtain does nothing for privacy when traveling with family, friends or kids
