My favorite hotel in Bangkok by far. Location is great. Property is just fabulous - modern, just the right size with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are excellent. Staff are lovely.

I had a good experience staying at EGM Estate Hotel & Executive Apartments Bangkok. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only downside was the location. There were no entertainment or lively places within walking distance, so the surrounding area felt quiet with limited options for dining or leisure activities.

My new favorite hotel in Bangkok. The bed was so comfortable that I had to ask reception more details and they provide me with all the information. I even purchased their bed topper! Breakfast was small but everything you need. Location is excellent. It is a shame this hotel is overlooked and quiet, it should always be fully booked

We stayed one night in GM estate executive apartments, and it was amazing. Our check in was smooth, and as soon as we got into the room we saw a “happy birthday” decoration on the bed for my upcoming birthday. Very thoughtful from the staff! The bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, and there was even a fancy toilet with different settings. The location is very good with several restaurants nearby, and only 40 minute drive from airport (you can also take the train as there are many stops nearby the hotel). Breakfast was included in our booking, buffet is a bit limited but there are many options for a quick meal before heading out to the city. Overall a really good stay for a low price.

The room was very spacious, nice and comfortable. The bathroom had a bidet, which is much appreciated. Location was good The pool was closed during my whole stay. I feel this is something that should be disclosed ahead of time.

Everything — the place feels new, clean, well-designed, and all of the staff are attentive and professional. The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for my month-long stay.

Good location between Phrom Phong and Asok BTS. About a 3 or 4 minute walk to Sukhumvit. Quiet are on Soi 20. They have a small shuttle to either BTS. GREAT staff. Everything was good....

Lovely place to stay in luxury. I splurged and went here for my birthday and loved every second of my stay here. Massive rooms, great lighting, strong AC, fancy bidet toilets, and great location downtown. The best place if you're looking for some luxury in your life! They were late with getting my room ready so I had to wait for a while, but they gave me a free room to relax in while I waited so it wasn't too big of a deal.

First time in Bangkok, couldn't ask for a better accommodation. It's seems to be a new building in an alley 2 minutes from Sukhumvit. Staff were very pleasant and assisted with our requests. They also left us a very heartwarming treat as it was a celebration of ours. We ate at dinner the Grisby right downstairs and it was excellent and if you're a Steak lover, the best Steakhouse in Bangkok is 5 minutes walk (Ox and Enbers) Breakfast can be improved. While there is a bouffe with mainly Asian dishes and some Fruit and cheese, they provide A-la carte menu which was relatively small. Yet, as the food here is so cheap in general and so many options wherever you go, this shouldn't stop or bother you.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The elevators were broken for 6 hours and hotel refused to refund a stay for the day.
