Rembrandt Residences Bangkok

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all, I absolutely loved the location. It is in a fantastic area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options for both families and adults. It is also very close to Bangkok’s main roads, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel facilities were very clean. I think the property could benefit from a little renovation in some areas, but overall everything was well maintained and comfortable. The hotel staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, from the front desk team to the restaurant staff. I would especially like to recognize David, who went above and beyond to help us. Since our flight was very early the next morning, he kindly helped arrange our breakfast in advance. We truly appreciate his kindness and excellent service. Our room was exceptionally spacious. The kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom were all very large, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with children. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you need a baby cot or an extra bed for your children, there is an additional charge. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. The only thing I didn’t like about the room—and I should mention that I did not report this to the front desk or any other staff member during our stay—was that the bathroom did not seem as clean as it should have been. When we arrived, there was a false eyelash stuck to the shower area, and it remained there until the day we checked out. For this reason, I believe the housekeeping team should pay closer attention to deep cleaning, especially in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are a very private space, and guests should feel confident that they have been thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitized before new guests arrive.

Water was coming out of the bathroom, so I think there might be a leakage somewhere. I'm not sure where it's coming from. they repair something in room but this should not happened .also there should be iron in room

The electric cooker is very old & slow , it’s took long time to cook the food

Hotel cleaning staff needs to be a little bit more diligent in cleaning the rooms and different areas. For example , the track had there , my bed still had stains of unknown substance on the trash can, The bathroom sink still had hair in it.

Pool and gym was good. Nice large rooms with separate bedroom. Very helpful staff. The wifi was horrendously unstable the entire stay. Would disconnect sometimes every 5-20 minutes. The bathrooms are old and are not up to the standard of the rest of the facilities. Needs refurb.

Excellent Breakfast We don’t receive the room we booked; I asked for two beds, but we ended up with one big bed .

-Their breakfast is fantastic. Very well organized. -Very huge room. -Old but classic -When we arrived to check in, nobody was available to welcome us, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves from the car to the reception. When the manager arrived at the reception, she apologized and offered us complimentary drinks, which was a thoughtful gesture and helped make up for the inconvenience. Despite the disappointing first impression, her professionalism and willingness to address the situation were appreciated. -The facilities need update although they started to renovate their building. I hope that the renovation will be done next time I check in with them. -Bed is huge (super king size bed) but very hard. -Our room door is like a thin plywood. I can break it easily. -Lights are turned on in the corridor /hallways but still dark. Its like in scary movies.

The resistance side need some work in the corridors, elevator and lobby. Also the couch was not comfortable

The buffet breakfast included. The residences are not the same building as the hotel, and the images online are of the hotel, which is a MUCH nicer building. Our room was old, run down, and because of that didn't feel clean, even though it was.

Patient was great for adults right in heart of Vegas. A bit dated but not bad at all for the value. I would highly recommend to others.
