Convenient location and I liked the receptionist on the day I checked in. She really helpful and friendly and thank you so much for housekeeping team. 20/02/2026 On February 19th, my family checked into the hotel. They told me that the receptionist was rude and had a bad attitude, and the staff at the door were standing around chatting instead of paying attention to customers needing to drop off their luggage.

The location is beautiful, in the city center, close to markets and restaurants. The building is under renovation and some of the reception staff are unfriendly.

Location is convenient The hotel is under the renovation. First night we were put not into the room we booked and paid for. It was the New Year’s night and we sent a message to the hotel about the late check in which hotel ignored. We were put in a horrible room with roaches. Second night they moved us to the room we booked but it ruined the New Year celebration and the overall experience.
