Very friendly staffs. Service was excellent.

On that day, we went outside around 3:00 PM, and we believe housekeeping staff may have entered our room for cleaning during that time. After we returned, we discovered that the money and cards were missing. We kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter with the hotel. We also request them to check room access records and any available CCTV footage during the relevant time period. This is a serious matter, and we would appreciate an urgent update.

Nothing the hotel has control over. The area just made it uncomfortable for a solo female traveler to go out at night.

The property is in a great location close to resturants bars etc. Staff were amazing. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake, didn't expect that. They also upgraded me to a bigger room.

Hotel was okay, 3 mins walk to Soi 4. Only stayed 1 night - My room was upgraded, but to a smoking room judging by the smell. Smell of smoking in room.

Great little hotel tucked away down near Nana BTS sky train station! Lovely staff and nice clean rooms - great value for money! There’s also a 7/11 right next door. Overall, we had a brilliant stay ?

This is a nice hotel to stay in Sukumvit area. The hotel is surrounded by a Muslim area , so halal food is available there. The Bramungrad hotel is only 2 minutes walking. The staffs are well mannered and helpful. Although the lobby is small, the sitting place just outside the hotel is refreshing. The room is clean, and the bathroom is big and clean as well. The overall experience was excellent, and it is a super hotel if you think about fare. Recommended to start complimentary breakfast

Location, walking distance to Lumphini park , and Malls . My cosy room , i got upgraded , there was always hot water to make a tea or coffee in lobby level. As well room have a kettle and two water bottles every day . Friendly staff of hotels did everything for me to feel comfortable. Nothing

Nothing Smell of the smoke from cigarettes, in your room you have a door shared with other room, you can hear what people doing in the second room or even what they eating like pistachios or sunflower seeds !!!

I liked the location and staff were very helpful. Probably good to invest in getting ear plugs whilst sleeping. But it's all good. Next time.

Clean and tidy. Location was alright. Staff were good snd friendly. The locale wasn’t the best. Couldn’t get around anywhere without being hustled by beggars, right outside the hotel doors - kinda disgusting really.
