The apartments have all your need and are clean. Location is good. Good value. Noisy even in 29th floor, need double glazing, guests are noisy, badly mannered in the lifts,no coat hangers or pool towels.

In the greater vicinity of the hotel, very few to nearly non-existent Thai restaurants... but if you are looking for Persian food, plenty to be had in every direction.

The location is good, with many things nearby, and a lot of privacy. and there are also some shops inside the hotel. I went into a beauty store there and found a great selection at good prices. My boyfriend sent me flowers while i was staying there and he contacted them and they helped him a lot finding me and leaving it in my room and even wrote me a note? The hotel is very affordable and offers great value for money.?????❤️

My elderly parents and I stayed on the 28th floor for 8 nights. What a view! We watched the sunset and full moon from the room. The suite was spacious and provided the facilities that were offered. The bed sheets were clean and super comfy. The staff was wonderful and always eager to help. The location couldn't be more convenient than this. Both Nana and Phloen Chit BTS stations are within walking distance. This is a condominium that has restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a barber shop, and other shops. I felt the neighborhood was safe and clean. We went there during Ramadan, there are lots of Halal food places and Bangladeshi restaurants nearby open till early morning, which also deliver home. The Bumrungrad Hospital is a 5-6 min walk. So are the money exchange, 7/11, and local shops. The 7/11 just beside the hospital has good tea and coffee options! It was our home away from home. We enjoyed staying there a lot and would like to book again next time. Hard to say! I had some food in my bag that I forgot about and put it in the closet; to my surprise, the red ant colony found it, but they left when I sprayed repellent. The telephone was out of service for the first few days, so I had to WhatsApp the reception or go there by myself when I needed anything. Suggestions for improvement: a bedside table in the single room would have been useful. Instructions to use the induction stove would be useful. There were 3 lifts and I had difficulty identifying the direction of my suite cause not all walls had directions with room numbers. Adding more directions on visible places would help :)

Location is great.. could be more breakfast options. Staff is very helpful . Pool is in a perfect location. Rooms were large Hot water didn't make it to the 32nd floor

The room was very spacious for 3 of us. My kid enjoyed his own room. The living room was big enough for 2 big luggage cases to lay side by side. The surrounded area is not easy to find any other food than halal middle east food.

Very Near to Essential amenities I stayed at this hotel twice in two different rooms, and unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to standard. In the second room, although it looked newer, I noticed small bumps on my skin that felt like insect bites, along with mild itching — which raises concern that the hotel may have a pest issue. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned; I found leftover tissues and even nail clippings
