Location is excellent close to many restaurants, metro bts nana is five minutes walk , soi 4 bars and night clubs are very close walking distance, many money changers with good rate . Wheel chair not difficult at entrance but not the best. 24 hours reception.tea and coffee with biscuits at lobby free for hotel guests. Nothing for this type of hotels

I like their service. Especially, they are proving unlimited Tea/Coffee and Biscuit for guest. It was in a fantastic location. It is a best value for the price. The building was vibrating during night when I was in a sleep. I was worried about it. I asked the manager what is the reason. She said it was because of weighty vehicle passing through the main road.

The bed was so hard , the room was dirty , the receptionist lady was very rude , and someone knocked on my door at 1am midnight trying to open it . I would not recommend this place to anyone.

1. The hotel staff provided exceptional assistance. 2. The shower was excellent; the water pressure was strong, and the heater worked perfectly. 3. The hotel is within walking distance of the BTS station. 1. Check-in process was slower than anticipated. 2. There was a noticeable odor in the room, possibly from vape smoke, incense, or neighboring rooms. 3. Noise from the adjacent room was disruptive during my stay.
