The hotel is very accessible to the malls. Location is good. Rooms are very clean. We opted to let them clean our rooms everyday. So we have new clean towels everyday, new sets of bottles water. Staffs we’re very nice, kind and approachable. Not to mention miss grace who was the first receptionist to welcome us during our arrival and the other girl receptionist who assisted our needs during our last stay in the hotel. Sorry I forgot her name but she was very helpful also ??

The daily cleanliness was excellent,bed was very comfortable and all the staff are very friendly. The pool was too cold, breakfast needs more variety, breakfast closing time it's too early, the rooms are not soundproof everynights we hear lots of noise for the other rooms. All of these need a big improvement to make the hotel consider as a 4 star.

The breakfast was basic and had a very limited choice. The room was clean. The hotel is in a great location for local street food and the BTS Ratchathewi station. There were only 3 hangers in the room for clothes and no cupboard or drawers which is not good for 2 people sharing a room. The hotel advertises a 'swimming pool' at the property. It is NOT a swimming pool. There is a plunge pool situated right next to the carpark so if you're a bit of an exhibitionist, fill your boots ? There is no kettle in the rooms but there is coffee and tea making facilities available 24hrs in the breakfast area. We booked a balcony to dry our washing which it looked like others did the same. No one ever sat out on then as it was far too hot. As mentioned by some other reviewers, the room without a balcony had a strange smell constantly coming from the drain in the shower.

Hotel is 10/10 great location even better staff and comfortable clean room and king's bed, it was awesome I am sorry for lower rating but i was stolen 183€ throughout booking.com - it seems this hotel was hacked (through booking) and i got message via booking app message centrum to follow up, when i click on link i was stolen 183€ also hackers tried to trick me one more time via email. unacceptable that booking can not solve this problem it was phishing through official booking app message centrum! i will not use booking again
