i liked the place.

Super spacious big room and very aesthetically pleasing. Very clean and good front desk service. Could also keep your luggage after check out. Free water too! Make sure to know that you would need to navigate some dark alleyways to get to this hotel. I would say if you take a Grab, the better location to set is the Tops supermarket. The floor creaks loudly.

It’s pretty and convenient. It’s located in the Oasis garden or commercial area. It has a cafe, some pretty stores and a place for food. Since it’s a commercial area which is open at 9:30am, the music might be a little bit disturbing in the morning if your room is one the second floor. Others are good.

Fabulous simple and very clever kinda 'industrial chic' design. Lots of care taken with all the details in the rooms so it was super comfortable. Set in an uber-groovy compound with a cafe, great little restaurants and a number of very cool little shops selling a whole range of artsy stuff and the all traveller kids floating in to take selfies for their socials. That part of town not completely thrilling in itself but was a really convenient base that wasn't too far from all the stuff around Bangkok that we wanted to get to.

Aesthetic It’s quite in the small street sometimes taxi can’t find it. Actually car can’t get into that street anyway and the hotel provided detail direction so it’s kinda ok.

Unlike some reviews say, the alley leading to the hotel is not sketchy at all, so don’t let that hold you back from booking a stay here. Even though the hotel is in a more secluded area, it’s still walking distance from convenience shops/food stalls and it’s very easy to get a Grab from there. Small note that there is no elevator, but that wasn’t an issue at all for us and the staff kindly offered to help carrying our bags upstairs. Everything was perfect

i liked the environment, the cafes and stores around the hotel were nice and quaint staff attitude was horrendous, when we got in touch with them using the Booking app regarding a spoiled heater, they said they sent staff to check and found nothing wrong. we feedbacked the heater was still spoiled again and they insisted there was nothing wrong, but this time we noticed the heater was working properly and hot water was flowing from the correct direction (from the left). presumably they fixed the cartridge direction in the heater but claiming nothing wrong with the heater left a bad impression. during checkout, the staff was rude when we returned only one key card and practically shouted at us that they gave us two key cards during checkin. while we managed to find the other key card afterwards, this was a poor hospitality experience and there was no need to be rude to us at all. subsequently when we left the staff chased after us to ask if we had taken any drinks from the fridge, which was also very rude.

it’s a bit hard to locate when you first get there. it’s down a very narrow alley and it’s dangerous if you’re traveling with just girls.

The hotel and property are lovely, with excellent coffee and cool boutiques. Staff is very helpful, and it's a very laid-back experience. This is where to stay if you'd like something super comfortable, but away from high rises and major chain hotels. Great street food a short walk away. Not far from water taxi service. And walking distance to some fun sights.

The hotel is located in a very artsy location, you will see a lot of people coming by to take pictures. It also offer some nice boutiques and flag stores around that it's cool to go to! The staff came across as somewhat aloof, almost as if our presence wasn’t particularly welcome. This was especially noticeable during check-in, where the level of hospitality felt lacking.

A smoke free premises should be clear before making the reservation and probably in the main description. Also, Not enough plants on my balcony Easily you could add four more pots for a cozy lush feel. I booked because of the balcony and got the one with least plants

A very classy place in the cool area of Bangkok!

Great location, nice space with a coffee place, local food and shops where tou can find nice small elements by local designers, clothes, books, souvenirs. The rooms is clean and comfy with a spacious terrace There was no early check in, which was unfortunate for us since we arrived at 6:00 om

The vibe in this hotel is wonderful! You get the sense right away that you are a part of something larger, artful and hip. It's tucked away and there are a handful of shops and food available in this cozy corner. The hotel is not easy to find, and I had a bit of trouble checking in at night. It all worked out, but the staff as this hotel isn't as helpful or available as would be in a larger or chain hotel. Having said that, the price is right.

Such a cool property, with really nice restaurants and shops, decor and rooms. It’s a little weird walking down the small lane to the hotel but I guess it adds to the charm.
