It’s close to the Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link Station, the room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly. Easy to book Grab. You can only get one keycard. It’s a little challenging if your companion goes in and out in different times. You need to ask assistance for the lift everytime you don’t have your keycard with you.

There was now mattress on the extra bed, and it was too hard to sleep. And the AC was not working properly, out door unit was too loud.

Ive had a great time here at the hotel was easy to get transportation as the skytrain is close by and bolt drivers pick you up and drop you off there also. Beds were very comfortable like i read in other reviews and the pool was also very nice during the hot weather! The pool was nice but could use a good cleaning i think it wasnt the cleanest.

Simple room that was all we needed whilst out exploring the city. Staff were polite and helpful when needed. Great location next to the ARL to get to and from the airport. Pool was a great way to cool off aswell!

Location is great. Room is a bit hot, air-condition not working properly in our room, no problem in other rooms of our group. Small fridge does not cool properly too.

Staff were amazing . totally went out of their call for duty to assist. no matter how big or small the Q they help 1050 %. very happy over all thank you morning exercise swim in pool. pool also great relief from the heat. staff fantastic , big reach out and thank them.

The bed and pillows are comfy. No cupboard and hangers to hang my clothes. The room was too dark for me to even take pictures. The housekeeper didn't change my bedsheet even though I stayed for 5 days. That's kinda upsetting.
