Good location: quite road, close to center world, not really close to BTS station but bus stop is front of the hotel, easy to call taxi, safe place. Room was small and lack of some facilities. There are bad smell in the corridor. Entrance is not large that made a messy space while there were many people.

I stayed with my family this month Only, the AC was not cooling in my room they changed the room but the same complaint about the new room also. Lastly I ask for a stand fan then I spend 2 days in the same condition

The staff is approachable and honest. I was not able to check my credit card and I didn't notice that the charge for our stay was automatically deducted in my card but the staff approach me and told that it was paid already. Nice breakfast and the place is near the bus station.

It’s clean, in middle of city and walkable distance to few good hotels. I stayed in this hotel whenever I visit Bangkok, I remember last time I spent night in this hotel was in the year 2013 and place looked fabulous. We were in a group that time and there were varieties of breakfast. Now hotel needs some maintenance and upgrade to meet todays standard.
