Close to the hospital The staff was very rude and inconsiderate! I had an issue of blood come upon me in the middle of the night and unfortunately it got into the sheets. Usually, the cleaners and hotel staff, of any hotel, understands issues like this sometimes happen to women and they wash the sheets without saying anything. Not the staff member at the front desk at check out. He was very rude and accusing in his tone. I will admit, I got angry because of his behavior. I will NOT be returning to this establishment, even though I have been a customer here for 3 years. The staff needs to be understanding, especially of women’s issues. Other issues of the room, the sofa was dirty, the lights weren’t working properly and there was no minibar, even though it says it comes with the room. The manager needs to check on the establishment as it’s going downhill!

DISLIKES: Difficulty to communicate with the reception desk/staff. Does not understand English. The Hotel is on the outskirts of the city. Far from the BTS or MRT.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff spoke/understood English and were very friendly. One of our pillow cases had a cut in it. Good thing we noticed as we checked in, as there is a 500 baht deposit(per room) in case of damages to the room. We took photos and notified the front desk. When we checked out, we were able to get our full deposit returned no issues.

I liked everything about this property. Nice staff at the front desk and in housekeeping. The room was big and very clean, and the lighting was perfect. Very quiet and relaxing hotel! The only thing I didn't like was the location. It's far (to me) from the downtown area and other areas for exploring, eating, parting, etc. But if you're looking for a place to stay that's totally out the way and peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to stay at. During the day you can get to most places or popular areas within 15-20min by car or motorbike. But during the afternoon and throughout the day and evening be expecting a 45min + travel time.
