Nothing. The pool is not nice, the location is far from the shopping area, there is no iron, the rooms are not sound proof and on top of that you need to deposit before you can check in.

Some guests made noises like shouting and fighting late at night.

They need to train their staff some manners how to deal with customers. They don’t need to shout or yell only because I said the rooms were super smelly . Thee was some kind of bad smell. Bed linens were not clean . This was very disappointed and I would never recommend this to anyone

Cooperative staff, relatively clear, good value. Needs a bit of refurbishment, toilet taps need to be fixed, old air conditioner.

Nothing Guest don’t have privacy. Reception staff calls and says we are noisy whereas we don’t make a sound. In the middle of night get calls from reception.

The reception staff wasn't very friendly, and one elevator was out of order during our stay. The breakfast was very poor.

The price. The AC WAS VERY LODY DURING THE NIGHT. It kept waking me up at night. Breakfast choice was very poor and there was no coffee ( only instant one). At the swimming pool area there were only 2 sunbeds and 2 chairs where the number of rooms goes beyond 800. Also the bathroom smelled bad. And, it was not mentioned, I had to give 1000 bat as deposit in cash meaning I was lucky to have cash with me. The Gym is very old and missing some parts.

Really well organised hotel with comfortable beds. Reception is open 24h so it's easy to check in/ it's parking, massage parlor, hotel organised breakfast and for lunch it's another coffee bar near reception, plus they had swimming pool.

The hotel is ubicated in the Hua Mak area of Bangkok, which is full of local places to eat and shop, which we really loved! It's far from the center of the city but you can get cheap rides while using Grab application or use the local bus which is just a 19 minutes walking distance from the hotel, which we did and and it was such a fun experience! All the girls working at the hotel were very helpful and bright.

Swimming pool Tv no smart

Breakfast was decent with minimum options. Only instant coffee was available and no option for freshly made omlette. My room perpetually smelled like an unclean restroom. When we asked the staff to change the room they said they were sold out. All they could provide was a room spray/freshner which did not solve the problem. We spent a sleepless night at the hotel, unable to bear the stink.

Although not in a tourist area, it was clean, quiet, and well organized. No t-shirts or gift shops but a massage shop next door and a small restaurant on the main floor with fine food. The included breakfast buffet brought this to a great price! Lack of hand towels and wash cloths. No HOT water for hand washing in the bathroom or public toilet areas.

-Rooms were adequate and we especially liked the common areas where you can just hang out. It seems a lot of Chinese construction workers stay here, so expect some chain smoking activities on the patio. -There are a couple of shops in the area where you can get food and drinks and there are two 7-elevens around the corner. -Wi-Fi speeds 9mbit down / 6 mbit up with a 60ms ping. Expect some buffering when watching HD videos and you can forget about 4K streaming. -Housekeeping was great with providing fresh towels and water every single morning. -On-premise laundry is great to have. 2 washers, 1 dryer. 40 baht for a wash cycle and 50 baht for drying. Both take about 50 minutes. -The doors and walls connecting to the hallway don't have any form of soundproofing, so you can pretty much hear everything that's going on in the hallway. -The hotel seems to have suffered water damage in the past, there are traces of flooding and black mold in some of the rooms. -Reception will absolutely not touch any of the housekeeping facilities or duties. If you need anything during the night, you'll have to wait until housekeeping gets there. The Chinese construction workers had their daily group dinner on the patio and leave their trash, cigarette butts and beer cans all over the patio. It would be nice if other guests would be reminded to keep the patio clean (there's trash bags on the patio) or if reception/security would sweep the patio a couple of times in the evening. -Bring your own mode of transport or expect to call a taxi or scooter to get anywhere in the city.

The staff were very helpful. The bleach smell from the bedsheets and duvet was very bad. The AC was not working fully. The shampoo was not good.

Feels like home in Bangkok, for the last few years we stayed there when we went to Bangkok! Gel shower and vanity products smell terrible.. could be changing.. big big No.
