Very convenient location. Had a training in the area and it was a walking distance from the hotel to the training center. There were no sockets to charge devices near the bed. Had to charge my phone while standing far from the bed.

location next to MRT station Too many noisy tourists from China. Breakfast was very crowded with noisy, Chinese tourists are rushing and pushing around. Staff had a hard time maintain order.

It is a big and spacious hotel, very close to the MRT There are not so many nice restaurants in the neighbourhood

O.M.W where do i start: My stay at The Bazaar Hotel in Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service that made me feel truly welcomed. I loved the breakfast buffet, had very tasty food with a wonderful and broad selection. I also loved the location of the hotel on how it was very close to MRT and BTS. I also loved how clean, comfy and elegant the rooms were on top of the fact that the air conditioning was very good. The noise coming from the traffic was a very small downside especially at night, luckily though it didnt really disturb me when I was trying to sleep.

Bad place.Non working refrigerator, dirty bath tub and no hot water, non-working television, beds as hard as a marble rock, and a person in the hallway constantly knocking at my door saying that it was their room and not mine. Front desk needing to call me to reconfirm my identity and reservation. Stayed only 1 night and left. I want a refund for the 2nd night. Disgusting. I didn't like anything. Only thing is hotel location. Very bad hotel management. Air conditioning units make too much noise in the room. But other side of the hotel rooms located so near highway. That’s why this side was also noisy. Safe box doesn’t work .

Location is not too bad, near a supermarket, have Starbucks, Macdonalds, Boots (Pharmacy) and 7-11 at its premises. Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially the bellboy who helped us with our bulky purchase of water from the supermarket. Toilets in common areas are clean enough. Lift was an issue. There was a chess event and some lifts were getting overloaded easily with only 5-6 adults. Internet was really bad and I had to use my own data most of the time to connect my laptop. At this modern age, at least provide a working internet for the guest rooms. Wife suffered bites after sleeping but felt better after the housekeeping changed the whole comforter and sheets after our feedback. Was given a double bed room despite my booking for a queen size bed room. Swimming pool was too cold.

The hotel has a very upscale appearance, clean and maintained well. Service was top notch, and attendants as well as reception were very prompt and helpful. The location was an absolute chef's kiss. Conveniently right between two Metro stations, an attendant is there during business hours to usher in Grab cars and taxis, and the hotel is adjacent to a small shopping plaza that covers most basic needs. The hotel itself is attached to the plaza, so you can get a Starbucks, McDonalds, souvenirs, a manicure, a gym session, local foods and desserts, as well as make a 7-11 run within a five minute walk from the room elevator. Room service is lightening fast and the food is large in portion (couldn't even finish my meal, stuffed) and it was tasty! I would absolutely stay here again. I kept getting kicked off of the hotel's Wifi. Even when connected, I needed to "Forget the Network" just to log in again successfully, or else it would show that I was connected, but the internet still wouldn't load anything. This workaround was a short term solution, but still a minor hassle. Also, in order to get hot shower water, I needed to run the shower for about five minutes before it would properly heat up. I called maintenance about this issue and they came in and essentially did the same thing in order to "fix it"
