Clean Staff completely useless especially ladies. Dear customer pay attention to get your key deposit. They never remind. Please. Staff is not trained for subjects. Swimming pool not included in booking.com . But show it. Don't go to this place. Room too small. If you get upper bed o place to keep your bags all. No safe. If the others person left with you bag can not find. I never go.

Nothing. Had to pay $5usd to use the pool. I had a single bed and it was like a prison cell with no window. Zero backpackers instead it was filled with locals who live there Everything. Do not stay here. Escalators don’t even work.

The hostel is shares its space with a 4 star hotel. The lobby is nice. This is a cross between a hotel and a prison. High volume, constant chaos. The cleaning staff were extremely rude when I asked if I could use an iron. The space was clean but it was the most impersonal hostel I’ve ever experienced

Good location. Near MRT. Food options in the area too. Rude staff. Very busy hotel. The rooms and bed are tiny. There is no air con in the room! Do not believe what it says on Booking. The air con is outside of the rooms and the fan in the room takes in the air from the outside. Also, a lot of disgusting behavior happening in the shared bathroom! People peeking while you shower and trying to peel off the plastic cover on the doors!

You are staying in a hotel, so it’s clean and nice in the lobby. You can feel that the hostel is just a way for them out of travellers with low budget. The shared room is very small and there are no pictures in the booking page. The second floor where is the hostel as no A/C, no working escalator. You can feel that they don’t care about the service. Some hostel have a kitchen, some free water, activities you can do. This is just a room in big building that’s it. On top of that, when I checked out and gave them my room card back, the person did not gave me my deposit at first. She just said goodbye, I had to ask for the 300 baht and show her my booking paper.
