Price and location Receptionist not friendly and unwilling to give me same price as internet sites. So I had to book it online as he seemed too lazy to make reservation for me. Security doors for each capsule section did not close well.

Location was good. Lots of nearby food places and convenience store Card activated power. Cant charge while you’re in the bathroom.

On the first night we got there, two of the bed sheets had blood on it, but thankfully, the front desk staff was able to exchange the sheets for us. I didn’t like that they made it a big issue to exchange our towels. We stayed here for 4 nights and we told them that we wanted to exchange the towels on day 2 and they made it a big issue saying they could not do it until they cleaned our room on day 3. The towels here take forever to dry so the towel would stink from all the moisture.

Perfect location lots if things to see around. I loved the coffee shop that was attached to the hotel. It was very convinent and a great introduction to Bangkok It had an interesting smell to it. The door for the bathroom was glass which was a bit awkard. I didnt like that they only gave 2 towels per day and exactly 2 waters per day. It just seemed odd.

Location was good, really clean and tidy. They don’t have any comfortable place for working. Loby seats are really uncomfortable abd loby is really cold as refrigerator. I almost get sick.

Beautiful! It's exactly like the photos, clean, and has a basic kitchen for heating up food and eating. They give you a card that opens the doors and your locker. I would definitely return.

Nice capsule. Bed was comfortable, and included a towel. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Was quiet at night and there was room to sit in the lobby to get some work done. The area is a bit too touristy for my tastes. Too many massage parlors and weed shops, and everyone is asking you for something, money mostly. A couple nights there was no hot water.

I can’t recommend enough. It’s one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Super comfy. Everything is convenient. The bathroom between men and women is even secured with smart card.
