We needed a place with easy access to airport train and Zayn Express and Suits was perfect for this. It's a 7-10 minutes walk from Hua Mak airport link train station. The walk to the hotel was not quite easy with suitcases, as we needed to cross the railway via a basic makeshift crossing, so might be challenging for people with heavy suitcases or mobility issues. The hotel itself is nice, had a wonderful breakfast in sister hotel next door, great welcoming staff and the room had everything we needed for a short stay. Fantastic value for money!

Airport express station is close. Listed with balcony but it is practically a place where the airco is installed. No chairs and table. The view is the back of some housing block.

Breakfast buffet was average, nothing really exceptional, but absolutely satisfying. Rooms were clean, two bottles of water were provided daily, Front Desk staff, especially Ouh, were extremely polite, friendly, professional and spoke great English. The cleaning staff were also very nice, hard-working and friendly. Very easy access to the MRT and the SRT, literally within a five minute walk to both. Swensen's and a 24 hr. McDonald's are available for those who crave Western Food, as is a supermarket if fresh food is desired. All kinds of Thai food options are available on the street and a great restaurant called the BuengKan Fishing Club is a five minute walk. This is a no-frills get what you paid for type of place, but it's still a great option for those who just need a clean, cool place to stay, who would rather spend their money seeing the sights than paying large amounts of money for a room they'll only need to sleep and shower in. Location was a little out of the way, hotel is actually behind its bigger brother, the Zayn Hotel. Wi-fi and internet were the worst I've ever encountered. Internet was inoperable almost the entire 15 day stay. All television came via the internet, so had to go elsewhere for any sort of entertainment, etc. Seemed to be sewer gas that would seep into our room during the day while we were out, so bad that three times we had to open all the doors and windows to air the room out. Walls are on the thin side, so often our neighbor entering their room next door woke us up from the key in the door, and the opening/closing of said door. Beware the floors in the bathrooms, very, very slippery. Our son slipped on the floor, and lacking anything to grab onto, fell flat on his face, shattering one of his front teeth. Told the manager, and she assured us that this problem would be addressed.
