Great Hotel! Nice and clean hotel. Facilities was great. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variation. Spacious room and clean. The place is walking distance from the Metro that connects to the city. I will definitely consider again this hotel the next time i visit Bangkok! -

Location is convenient I specifically requested a room not next to the elevator due to my sensitivity to noise, but the room was right next to the lift. Breakfast was mediocre, except for the omelette station which was good. The hallways are in need of a facelift. The furniture in the rooms has seen better days.

Since I was between flights, it was convenient to travel from the airport to the hotel - and back - via metro.

I was upgraded to suite when I arrived (this has never ever happened to me before and was sooo appreciated!) and was greeted by such kind staff!! The location is really convenient (walking distance to a 7-11, massage places, a nail place, and some yummy food stands right outside the hotel). You also have access for room service, if desired. The bathroom shower in the suite reallyyyyy needs to be properly sealed so that the water does not exit out of the shower and all over the floor outside. I tried hard to not get the water outside of the shower, but the sealant on the door of the shower is not effective, and you can't fully close it! Water gets everywhere outside the shower!

We stayed here because we essentially had a layover day in Bangkok and it's easy to get to and from the airport from this hotel. The pool is ok, but not large. The staff speak English fairly well and are very accommodating, they allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after checkout. While the whole building is new, you can tell that the construction was shoddy. It feels like a place that has a veneer of fanciness, but if you look closely you're alarmed by the cheapness of the materials. I'm writing this comment in early 2026, how long will it be until you feel you're staying in a place of disrepair (one year? two?). There's nothing in the area that I'd say is particularly attractive to tourists, so you wouldn't want to make this the base of your vacation.

I ordered two beds and got one instead. They say the hotel is fully booked so we can change the room... Hope for better attention.

The location is in Bangkok city, near the metro station. However, there are no facilities nearby and you have to rely on vehicles.

Clean, modern with easy access to the airport link train and central Bangkok. Muslim friendly with Halal options, Qibla direction and prayer mat in the room. Very helpful and nice staff. Close to 24h big grocery store and McDonalds Nothing specific to property but the way to the airport link train you have to cross the train tracks with luggages which was actually fine

Easy access to Airport BTS. Plenty of restaurants local including supermarket. Nice room, good facilities and perfect for a one/two night stay. Good breakfast choices from early. Quite a lot of road noise. Did not hear the trains but definitely car/bus/motorbike noise. Acceptable because this is Bangkok and traffic noise everywhere.

I had a very brief stay. 1 night then went to airport. I didn't use the amenities or the restaraunt so I cant comment. But I found the room clean the bed comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful
