The location is really good. Easy access to everything, near the MRT. Should provide better soap and shampoo.

The property is super clean and cozy. Very close to chinatown. Staff is super helpful and considerate of clients needs. The bathrooms are very clean.

I love C’House. It’s my home away from home, I’ve been here plenty of times. The staff is amazing, especially View and Mac- they have shown me great kindness and taken care of many of my requests! The social outings with View have been a great time and create a community feel. The beds are some of the biggest I’ve had even the top bunk easily accessible. Location close to MRT and a co working room?! What’s not to love?

Great rooms with AC and comfortable beds! Simple but good free breakfast and the staff were kind. There were some bugs crawling around the curtains of my bed. I think they were some sort of carpet bugs or something, nothing serious just unsettling lol.

The neighbor is dirty

It's on the Blue line, which made getting to/from the airport very convenient. I think I got the shittiest bed in entire hostel: I had the most uncomfortable stairs and there was a beam right above my bed, I hit my head more than once. I don't think the rooms were cleaned every day, because there were cigarette butts on the floor for 2 days I was there. When they say breakfast, it's really just toast and cereal. I personally didn't like the location either.

I like that they make an effort to provide activities that encourage guests to interact and connect with one another. Ms. View (the tour guide) was incredible and amazing! 5 stars for her and the rest of the team. Superb! It’s not a major issue, but I didn’t particularly like that the AC was turned off from 10 AM to 2 PM. Most guests had long nights and would have preferred to rest during the morning.

Very nice hostel probably the most comfortable hostel bed I’ve ever been. Although the showers could be a bit more clean. Staff was nice and kind and they have a kitchen and laundry, which was very convenient. The location is close to Chinatown/Song Wat Road and there is a 7 Eleven very close The showers could me more clean and the paper could be refilled more often

Location ? Chinatown walking distance and near metro station (blue line) from you can get everywhere you like ? we also like the window view

Great Value

Loved the place! Stayed in a private room. Nicest space I had stayed in a while. Very clean and comfortable. Also loved the hostel's common space and communal breakfast. Not a super social space but very friendly and inviting. Great if you need a recharge. Also located right near a train station, very convenient. Not a very lively part of town, had to search a little for things to do in the evening. There was a night market and a couple bars open nearby that were open late. Not a huge issue though! Just depends on what you're looking for.

The bedrooms were setup so that they felt very private. I wish there were bigger lockers available for larger bags.

Our room was great, very clean and located on the 6th floor (the rooftop restaurant was the 7th floor). Ventilation was clean and even having the windows open was nice during the early nights. The rooms were very minimalist and modern House cleaning services were respectful and did not bother us unless we asked for new sheets or bins to be emptied. Water pressure and heating systems in the shower exceeded our initial expectations. There were lots of recommendations and options provided by C'HOUSE for foreigners. Very central to many popular local spots and 711 was within walking distance from C'HOUSE. The MRT was less than a 5 minute walk and 15 minute walk to the many places. Coffee shop at the bottom floor was excellent. There was a lift that was accessible to all floors. Reception was 24/7, they were always willing to help and answer any questions. WIFI was decent, the range was wide. The rooftop area was open during the night, was able to easily access it for my fiance to have a cigarette during the night which was super convenient. Had many group activities run by C'HOUSE for backpackers. It was hidden behind some alleys and backstreet which meant passing by trash-bin disposal areas, it initially felt unsafe the first few days so it may feel uncomfortable to walk there until you learn the area more and never walk alone at night as the streets are not very well-lit. There is nothing really bad to say about C'HOUSE itself as the actual accommodation exceeded all my expectations.

Clean, new, modern The manager view was terrible. I feel sorry for the owner to have their business ran by such an unprofessional and unfriendly manager. 0 hospitality, extremely rude.

It was dirty when I first arrived, garbages not taken out. Just didn’t get a fantastic vibe, not the best location. There’s also a rooster and birds that will wake you early if you don’t have earplugs
