Everything in the room was perfect and exceeded my expectations. We especially enjoyed the onsen experience, the live jazz at Brass House and the scrumptious breakfast. The F&B prices were reasonable at a prestigious hotel. Value for money. Strongly recommended. Nil

I loved the location everything was walking distance , the staff were amazing and very kind and hospitable , the honesty as well we forgot a few items in the hotel and they told us about it and did their best to accommodate to anything we need . The rooms are very comfortable and very clean . The limitation in room service food . Not many varieties

A beautiful and very clean hotel, the staff are helpful, and the hotel's location is excellent. I recommend trying their massage on the tenth floor.

Location and cleanness and loved the shower arrangement Elevators had no maintenance and very noisy guest next door and in the lobby , I think the staff should step in whenever guests are been noisy and inconsiderate of others and to be specific the Indian crowd

The property was so clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful and in the reception special thanks for Shampoo and Noppawan they was kind and helpful specially Shampoo she is always smiling and helping and the help guy Asdanh he was so helpful and kind also the room cleaners are so That in the breakfast there is no “halal” sign on the food so we need to ask and sometime it is so crowded so the ladies are busy so if there will be labels about halal food in front of the food will be so great

The hotel is brand new which is hard to find in Bangkok. Also, the hotel provides tokens for use at the cafe in the hotel which was a nice gesture. We had booked for one night initially but then when we extended our stay for 4 more nights we were asked to change our rooms to a different floor, this was rather inconvenient as it is not easy to unpack and then pack again when travelling with children. The Manager Mr. Somphong (Able) was most professional and courteous in the above situation. Although he could not make us keep the same rooms but his genuinely courteous and polite manner was highly appreciated. Thank you Mr. Somphong.
