Location , spacious rooms , kitchenette The quadruple room I booked for my family I thought it’s 2 bedrooms and I bathroom was actually 1 bedroom and the lounge was transformed into a bedroom so felt very cramped. Room service was not good, breakfast was average at best. Saw a piece of bone / tooth in my burger I complained, I couldn’t eat it so I returned. Next day they sent me a fruit platter as a way to compensate ?. I didn’t eat again in that hotel

Location No curtains just shutters so couldn’t sleep in the morning once sun was up. Room service menu was limited and not great

Not meeting my expectations comparing to other hotels we’ve stayed in bangkok Light was so difficult in the room specially at morning !! No curtains! Sleeping was not comfortable at all! Also one of the room and toilet was very small and narrow!

Nothing. The hotel very old everything need to be renovated (furniture, bathroom..etc). I left the hotel after 2 hrs from checking in. I sent email for refund to booking .com but no reply/feedback?

Location is perfect. The executive suite is spacious The quadruple room was terrible, they removed the sofas and replaced with beds, this was not clear in the pictures..?. So stay away from the quadruple room. Ordered room service, got a bone or tooth in the burger. We couldn’t eat it, called and called room service. They did apologise and said they won’t charge us. But I’ll avoid room service after this incident.

However, we had a persistent issue with hot water. We had to call the staff 4 times during our stay to stop by and fix the hot water. One day before our departure, the water became cold again and we didn’t call the staff this time as we were going to one day later. In addition, the kitchen facilities were really poor. No pan/pot/plate/bowl for cooking. We had to purchase some utensils ourselves.

Hvac too loud and blowing to bed area, no adjustments, hot water not warm enough. Lacking kitchen utensils.

This has been one of our top 5 places to stay and we travel 12-19 days a month. From the staff to the property Top stars. 6 out of 5 stars. Clean, friendly staff, great food, and awesome location.

The premises were pristine and immaculate, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, well-designed, and conducive to any work that needed to be done. The location was perfect, near several malls and popular hot spots. I don't like that I had to leave eventually and couldn't live there permanently. Without exaggeration, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And I'm a Las Vegas local, so you know I'm spitting facts. 10/10 would geek out again.
