We love the way we were being received. The friendliness and non-corporate smile on every staff's face was very welcoming. Love the fact that there was a big convenience store right smack front of hotel. Everywhere was pretty clean and well maintained. We didn't like the fact that there was near no where to place our luggage. Everything have to be open up on the floor, and we cannot have 2 luggage to be open at same time. Not to mention we were being upgraded to a better room. It seems like the room was designed more for longer term stay initially, like a serviced apartment. There were ample cabinets to store clothes, but for short stayers, it's just not feasible for us to empty our luggage each travel. There were also too many hazardous corners in the room. Just a night stay, I have knocked my shin on the bedside corners no less than 3 times.

This is an excellent hotel, in an excellent location, near public transportation, shopping, a nice park (go at sunset) and good restaurants. The amenities were very good, and the staff, from reception to luggage handlers and doormen, were fantastic. There is nothing about this property I didn’t like.

I like everything about the property, the staff, the food and the cleanliness. Its even have 7-11 attached to it. Also, the food is halal which is a huge advantage. There is one side to the building where the street noise can reach.

This is the second time we stayed in the Sindhorn Midtown, this is our favorite hotel in BKK with an excellent breakfast, convenient location, nice spacious rooms, sprawling pool on the 18th floor and an Amazing Staff I recommend this hotel when you are in centeral Bangkok, a real Gem

The service was exceptional, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options and space. Staff were very responsive. Location was perfect! Close to the skywalk that connects you to all the malls. Was about a 10 minute walk. The hotel street was very clean and walkable. One of my fave restaurants (Baan Langsuan) was also a 3 minute walk - must try! The apartment had a bathtub, I would have preferred a standing shower. Coffee at breakfast wasn't good. Coffee at the hotel cafe (Sip&Go) was amazing.

Very well located comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a delightful breakfast Sometimes we’d come back to the hotel midday after being away for hours and the room would still be getting cleaned. It happened twice during our stay. Seems to be scheduling issue resulting in a bit in inconvininece as we had to go somewhere else until the cleaning was finished. However, the cleaning was done very well so not a major complaint.

The hotel has a fantastic location, a clean and comfortable room, and a very delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the shower, as the water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, which was a bit uncomfortable.

An excellent location with an amazing breakfast and a great coffee spots in the lobby. The Thai dinner we had was superb, and the rooftop serves incredible cocktails—I highly recommend the White Korean. There is a 7eleven down stairs if you need anything. I would definitely stay again! I can't think of anything I didn't like except leaving.

In this hotel you are situated in the top 10 of the best rankes and luxurious hotels in Bangkok (big chains, not smaller ones). You are of course in the city centre. I decided to offer my wife an upgrade of our room to a suite. We were located on the 28th floor and that was stunning. We had a view at the Bangkok skyline extremely impressive. The room was not so large but contained a small kitchenette and even a washing machine with incorporated tumble dryer (!) which is ideal. Of course you have also a mini bar at your disposal. The swimming pool is at the 19th floor. Fitness at the 18th floor. Swimming in the evening provides unbelievable views of the Bangkok Skyline. You have an easy access to the public transport (closest train station to move around in BKK is about 8 minutes walking. Amazing customer service from the staff.
