Great concept Hotel, the pool at the 14 floor the rooftop at 16 floor it wonderful. the room is big and nice, breakfast is great NA

No AC! The hotel was supposed to fix their AC issue within the day. got no AC for 2 days and had to relocate. 2 weeks later im still not refunded. The staff even claimed that AC was not "up to my expectation" even though it was just not working! pics attached to the review!

Beautiful 1920-s themed property tucked away in a quieter street. Rooftop pool is small but very refreshing on a scorching day, secret garden with live music at the very top of the building opens up to magical views. The service is impeccable, breakfast buffet lush and truly varied, bed linens soft and silky. Members of the staff are incredibly professional and friendly and service is impeccable. The little running map on the desk, the detailed instruction card on where to find what in the hotel skyscraper and the magical welcome drink are small cherries on top that dot the entire stay. AC in the room can be Arctic to those sensitive to it - we set ours to +27C and still it felt a bit fresh outside the blanket at night, but that’s just a testament to a good system that has to keep things cool in a scorcher of a city like Bangkok, so if you’re not a lover of hot and humid Asia like we are you might be happy with its ultra efficiency. Was missing hand soap by the sinks in the bathroom - seems it’s part of the plan, otherwise shower amenities are fragrant and plentiful and stack of towels is tall.

Really beautiful and styled in 1920s theme. Loved the pool - went there daily. Speakeasy rooftop bar was also really great. The room itself was lovely - excellent blackout curtains. Staff were all super helpful and kind, they helped us arrange transport to the airport when we checked out as well. It was really fun a little different than every other 5 star hotel Not much i would stay there again!

The room was beautiful as well as the rest of hotel. Sink was clogged and there was no soap or bubbles for bathtub. Couldn’t take it out of shower because it was attached to wall. I also wanted small washcloths but there were only hand towels.

Magnificent Everything was perfect

The pool and rooftop bar are great. The Medici restaurant is also quite interesting like a fairy tale.

Unique boutique hotel. Not too big and crowded. Nice rooftop lounge. Nice rooftop pool. Quiet area, but 15-20 minute walk to BTS Nothing

The room was lovely and had the best shower of all the hotels I stayed in while in Thailand, the staff were great and very helpful and looked fantastic in there period outfits. I only thing that was a little annoying was that the room only had filtered coffee available .. something I am not partial to, would have been nice to have a selection of instant coffees like they did with the various tea bags available.

Great location, kind and available staff members. Great food and drinks although somewhat expensive. If I had known how great this place was compared to some other hotels we would have stayed here the whole time.

Hotel Muse has a unique charm and character unlike any other. The moment you step into the lobby you are transported into the Great Gatsby ambience. Very unique and inviting I especially like the unique ambiance of the hotel

The drain in the shower was clogged which made it hard to shower without water going all over the bathroom floor. We made the front desk aware of the issue but they did not seem concerned nor did anyone come to fix it.

The hotel location and concept is nice. Room size is good. Staff are friendly. The hotel and rooms are very dark at all times. The towels and linens are very old and not so good looking (I wouldnt use them for house cleaning). One day the housekeeping cleaned up the room at 6pm when we were already back. Interesting planning.. I asked for an invoice during checkout and they didnt give me and I had to write emails to booking.com.

The staff was the highlight of this hotel. They tried to make it amazing, always ready to help and to talk. Specially the doormen, they were amazing. I think to start the room was a bit old and outdated. The door of the shower to open closed the entrance to the toilet. It was really not functional. The TV didnt work to cast. Breakfast was really not up to the standards of the others 5 star hotels we stayed in bangkok. The gym was minimal(How is that you don't have a hang or pull up bar?) The room service food was nothing special. Maybe is just my own taste.
