The staffs are very friendly. A special shout out to the lady staff in charge of floor 17th housekeeping! The fascilities are worth the price.

I had a wonderful stay at Centre Point Chidlom Hotel in Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and it’s within walking distance of several major shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Key for his outstanding hospitality, kindness, and exceptional service throughout my stay. He truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, and I will definitely stay here again.

- Room with washing machine, unfortunately there's no dryer. - Modern toilet bowl. - Free tuk tuk service to Central World. - The room has a stale smell, odor prob comes from the furniture, or poor ventilation. - Stains on the sofa. - Interior much needed renovation. - The actual lighting in the room is not as bright as depicted in the photographs.

Cleanliness was wonderful. For a change, my spouse did not feel like she had to dust or clean when we got into the room. The hotel had a certain elegance to it, hard to put my finger on it. The family rooms we reserved were certainly spacious and comfortable. Loved the washing machine. We used it daily and will miss using it throughout the rest of our trip. Breakfast was an eagerly anticipated daily event. No negatives.

Walking distance to BTS Was sold as a 2 bedroom suite, reality was there was a partition to pull across at night. Room needed a deep clean, dirty, stains and what looked like snot all over the bathroom walls. Toilet was blocked and flooded. Generally dated and no way a 4 star hotel. Pics online misleading. We checked out after the first night.

Had an issue with the airconditioner in the room the room when we checked in but the hotel moved us to another room quickly. Then we upgraded to a bigger room and the hotel was very acommodating and helpful.

Lovely property right in the heart of Bangkok The only thing, and I’m being nitpicky now, is that the pool was not outside in the sun, but inside. I did not mind but my little girl thought it was a little on the cool side. That aside, it was a great stay and a lovely hotel with great staff.
