I liked the location. It was near everything within a few minute walk I was very disappointed in my stay. I guess i was expecting to much judging by the reviews, but it was disappointing to say the least. First the staff weren’t friendly, almost aggressive. The rooms were uncomfortably small, one room couldn’t fit one person and it was very packed. The lighting was poor and everytime we asked the hotel to clean our room it was mediocre. I was with my family and expected for us to have enough space to be comfortable but we weren’t. Worse was the noise. I don’t care about the cars and motorcycles but i could hear the rooms beside me. I could even smell it when they cooked in their kitchen. For its price it was very underwhelming. I wouldn’t stay here at all.

Only the positive thing in the hotel its nearby the main area’s and they are not very near - there is 2 ATM machines in lobby - there Cafe shop inside the hotel افضل شي في الفندق ان قريب من شارع مولات … ولكن مش قريب وايد في مكينة سحب ( صرافين ) في كوفي شوب في الفندق . I can create a menu for the hotel highlighting these points: 1. The hotel is a 4-star establishment, not a 5-star one. 2. The main entrance is located inside the hotel, not facing the street. 3. Due to its location, it’s difficult to get a taxi. 4. The hotel appears old and worn out. 5. The furniture is outdated. 6. The reception desk is made of a school desk and a table. 7. The hotel is situated next to a construction site. الفندق 4 نجوم وليس 5 نجوم .

It was great, everything is near the hotel. Convenient store, groceries, malls. And the staffs are very friendly and helpful, we even made friends with them. Maybe if you could label the switches properly. It’s kinda confusing which switch is for. Nothing much just that. ?

The room is spacious and perfect for guests who prefer an apartment-style layout with a separate bedroom and living room. The property is very outdated and needs renovation. The parking area is located in a separate building from the main hotel, which is inconvenient if you are traveling by car.

The hotel is close enough to everything in Central, yet quietly tucked away from the daily noise. The staff are excellent and the rooms generous size. A great place for a single person or couple. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Rooms are starting to look a bit tired. A new coat of fresh paint would make all the difference. The amenities are slim, yet not an issue. The mini kitchen is a nice addition and having some large noodle bowls would be great!

It seems the hotel has ongoing AC issues. I was initially checked into a room where the AC became too warm the next day. After three technician visits, I requested a room change, which was difficult but eventually approved. A few days later, the new room developed a similar problem. The AC was adjusted after I reported it, but by 3:00 a.m. the next morning the room was hot again, forcing me to request a second room change.
