The room Unfortunately, when we were there the hotel was renovating, so many facilities were not available including restaurant, gym and pool.

Great location to Lumpini Park, hiking areas, walking paths, and super runners! Room s are large and the staff is excellent! Ms. Ploy took care of us during a major city wide problem! Needs restaurant fixed!

Big spacious room to accommodate a family of 4 with a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. Extra bed was free and we were able to get late check out. The hotel is very dated, runs down old kitchen, carpets, curtains etc it didn’t feel particularly clean. The bathroom’s shower had black mold in on the silicone seal. The hotel felt very empty, like barely any guests were there, I never saw anyone in the lobby. Facilities like pool, gym, and restaurant were closed for renovation which we learned after booking and it seems from the comments that this hotel has had then in renovations since 2024. We booked this hotel because of the pool for the kids and we believe this hotel should not be advertised as having a pool. Furthermore, the scoring of the hotel is 5 stars on Booking and 4 on Google. This hotel definitely doesn’t deserve a 5 star rating. Lastly, we were chased by the hotel staff for not returning key cards and threatened to be charged if we don’t return them. We said we left one in the room and they were arguing that the housekeeping didn’t find any. We have never stayed in any 4 or 5 star hotels especially where not returning a key card would be such a big deal. The whole situation was bizarre especially that this was happening at the same time we were trying to calm our small kids from a tantrum which was a visibly stressful situation to us.

Super clean, staff was amazing, no extras charges I think it was a little bit far from our activity. Almost 1h+ walk everyday to go near Chinatown, the temples, the river, etc.

After checkout we were told they may keep our security deposit for up to 14 days!!! The room was only £70, and they kept £100! This seems a very long time and unnecessary.

Needs major renovation , not upto the mark ....lobby is shabby and small , the corridoor carpets are stained and wallpapers are torn ...not a good experience ...would not reccomened Everything , not upto the mark

The staff were really friendly and always smiling, Location wasn’t bad and parks and transportation were a short walk away. As much as I’d like to say I enjoyed my stay I was not happy here, there was way too much noise from several things around the hotel and in the hotel itself, the truth or dare club on the ground floor was way too loud, not sure how people listen to music so loudly and not go deaf, we were up on the 20th floor and could still hear it, on top of that windows in the room have no acoustics and noise from noisy motorcycles with loud exhausts could be heard all night long, also the room we stayed in had an electric buzzing noise outside the entry door. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay best look elsewhere. Sadly I will not be coming back there.

The room was a one bed suite for myself and my two children. Fortunately it was a very large bed with enough room for the 3 of us to sleep easily. The room needs a complete makeover; paint was faded, furniture was very old and a bit tatty, kitchen was very dated, A/C had one setting which seemed to be "ice", there was a hairdryer with no plug socket near a mirror, shower was either too hot or too cold. The hotel is undergoing renovation so no pool or breakfast but you can eat breakfast at a restaurant close-by that is ridiculously over-priced, so better off walking to 7/11 to eat more at a fraction aof the cost!
