Very old, old furniture, cleaning was not the best but all the stuff are very nice, food average for this price in BKk i can get i real 5 star , i can rate this hotel 3-4 star maximum very disappointing, please keep real photos in the app , the photo in the app its just like haven ?

The hotel itself and the room was a bit outdated to my taste. The front desk didn't give us early check in as we reached a bit earlier from a flight. The breakfast options were limited. Its a bit of a walk from Siam.

Location is good. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet the standards advertised in the listing. The furniture was extremely old and significantly different from what was shown in the photographs. The sofa had visible stains and appeared worn out. Additionally, the cutlery provided was in poor condition and not up to an acceptable standard. There was also an unpleasant and unusual fragrance throughout the apartment, which affected our comfort during the stay. Furthermore, when we extended our checkout, the apartment was not cleaned or serviced, despite our continued occupancy. I have uploaded photographs that clearly demonstrate the issues mentioned above. Given the discrepancy between the advertised condition of the apartment and the actual experience, I believe a partial refund would be a fair resolution.

The property has a retro feel to the room, not at all dated or damaged. We were upgraded to their largest 2 bed place, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We had an issue with their coffee machine, which was quickly replaced. There is a washing machine and fridge as well. Room service was quick and very tasty. Also, their club service was very useful. Much better than wasting time in super expensive restaurants and cafes, which are also a Grab ride away. The service in their own restaurant was great. Nothing that we did not like about this hotel.

The staff was friendly and agreed to cancel the second booking i had made. The place is run down. The breakfast is extremely limited and poor. The towels are grey and the rooms are very humid.

Near to the Ratchadamri BTS. No aircon along the hotel corridors and only one F&B outlet.

I like the location as it is far away from crowded areas, buildings, and shops. Even though there was some construction noise, it was not too noisy or disturbing for us. The only inconvenience was that the 7-Eleven was quite far away to buy some necessities. However, the BTS station is nearby, and all the places we planned to visit were also not far from the hotel. The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. We truly appreciated their service and would highly recommend this hotel. We took the extra bed, but the mattress was quite thin, and we could feel the springs pressing against our backs when lying down. However, the housekeeping staff were very helpful in finding a solution by bringing an extra mattress to place on top, which made it much more comfortable for my husband to sleep.

The hotel was walking distance from the Ratchadamri BTS, which is a very quiet area but then only one BTS stop from Central Siam BTS with plenty to do. The breakfast was excellent and had some nice changes every day. We had a great view overlooking the city and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool was fantastic and is mostly shaded, which was so important during the hot month of April. In the evening, there was happy hour with free Singha beer and soft drinks from 6-8 pm. We loved our stay there! Nothing.

Everything was perfect! Supermarket less than 10 minutes walk. Hotel extremely clean, rooms are spacious and very neat. All shopping malls are walking distance. Great value for money! I lost my gold necklace and when I asked at the reception they found it and kept it for me, and I would like to thank them for their honesty and professionalism! Nothing!
