Stay with Ease at Grand Residence 12

I was close to Chatuchak market. No receptionist, you have to communicate via a LINE if you need something. Room was totally different from the pictures. Room was too expensive for what I got. Painfully slow WiFi.

First it wasn’t the room I booked at all, was old and the water in the shower was barely running. The place wasn’t clean and the reception was empty, had to wait long time for check out.

Can’t expect too much of the property because it’s cheap so I was ready Location The information is not accurate. The place is very far from subway station and subway is Ari, not Phaya Thai Internet works very bad and there is no good access. The personal doesn’t speak English at all They take deposit and didn’t want to return it back to me For the guests they charge 50 baht per item per hour for storage of bags. Very insane and very bad attitude

Almost all bad They ask for deposit 500 bath, not mention during booking Nobody at reception, only telephone number, then they sent a girl, she does not speak English. Worst of all at check out time nobody at the reception to give money back, they took 500 bath.

I think it was decent for the price. One problem was that they don't have anybody at entrance so need to call to the number on the door. I bought a sim beforehand but if you don't have local sim or other internet connections, you will have hard time to communicate with the owner. A girl who take care of the building is there but don't speak English and have no idea about reservations.

Near 1km saphan khwai bts train station. near 2km chatuchak night market. there is no reception. You need to call their phone number when arrive apartment, they will give password to take key from keybox. And you need to give 200 baht deposit.

Location Picture is fake. Real room wasn't beautiful and nice as pictured. Old facilities.

Nice view, balcony, AC, comfortable bed, a lot of stuff to do around the area. You can do your laundry downstairs and 7-Eleven is just around the corner.

Exceptional is the view (given I was on the 9th floor), and as there is a small balcony. Ask for the remote of the AC - the first nights with the given setting, it was too cold and windy thus got a cold!

Small balcony with great city view. Comfy and big bed, refrigerator, free WiFi (ask for the Password). It´s an apartment building where many young people live, some rooms are rented out to tourists. Late check-in possible but you need to call the lady and use LINE to get further instructions. Great value for money ! It´s a bit hard to find. Need to install LINE to communicate with the receptionist. It´s about 15 min walk to the next SRT station. Nearby restaurants are higher priced as it´s a wealthier part of BKK. But street vendors are there, too.

Clean however I wish to provide the toothbrush ,shampoos and shower gel . Shower pump.
